I ordered a pizza with special extra chicken, but my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The chicken on the pizza had a very bad smell, and the color was completely different from what fresh chicken should look like. It was obvious that the chicken was not fresh and seemed expired, which is a serious food safety issue. Because of this, I could not eat the pizza at all and had to throw it away. Serving spoiled or expired chicken shows a lack of hygiene, quality control, and concern for customer health. I expected much better standards, and this experience has completely ruined my trust in this place. I will not be ordering again and do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values fresh and safe food.

All businesses make mistakes, but you can tell a lot about their staff and quality of service by how they resolve those mistakes. I had an issue with my order, and when I called the store, Zoe and the manager Dare were absolutely incredible.
They were kind, professional, and genuinely committed to making things right. They sent out a fresh pizza that was delicious and even refunded my entire order—completely exceeding my expectations.
Their response turned a disappointing situation into a truly positive experience. I really appreciate the way they handled everything, and I’ll definitely be ordering from this Domino’s again. Huge thanks to Zoe and Dare for their excellent service!

We ordered pizza to eat in the restaurant and were told it would take about 15 minutes. We got our drinks and waited at the table opposite the counter; we were the only customers. The radio was very loud. After waiting for almost 40 minutes, we asked what had happened to our pizza and were told that it had been ready for a long time and that we had been called twice. We just asked why we hadn’t been spoken to directly, especially since we were the only customers. A guy who spoke perfect German came over and told us to get out or he would call the police. We told him that we were tourists and didn’t know the rules, and he told us again that we should get out as quickly as possible; he would call the police. As the saying goes, it’s best to give in, so we left the restaurant. We have never been served or treated so unfriendly anywhere else. I am shocked at the way Domino’s treats its customers. I will definitely not go there again.

We placed the order in the mobile app and it was ready for pickup about 15 minutes later! I was in and out with my food! The thin crust was not as good as we hoped but besides that the food was as tasty as ever!

I’ve lived here for awhile and this was my first time here, and definitely my last. I ordered online, email said it was ready for pickup at 7:10. I walked in at 7:15 and was told my pizza wasn’t ready. Two pizzas were sitting on the to-go rack behind the counter. One with a receipt, one half open without. I waited until 7:35 after watching several other people pick up food and leave. I asked another person about my order and he checked around and eventually opened the half open box that was behind the counter without a receipt and stated it was mine. When I made a comment about my pizza sitting out for almost 30 minutes, quite lukewarm and soggy, and asked if there was something they could do about that I was simply told “It’s still warm.” And sent on my way. Go the food truck park and get pizza there. It’s cheaper, better quality and the service is fast and amazing.

Total miss on Dominoes part and then they hung up on me when I called them on it. The screwed up our order and then hung up when I called to complain. We normally order pizza from here every week for the kids but it looks like we will have to find a new place as the food wasn’t accurate and the customer service was an abject failure.
