In the app I was able to track what the process was and one thing they do is quality check. Whoever approved this should not be making the “go ahead” decision. I’ve worked At dominos before and I know this is wayyy too much cheese for an extra cheese. Delivery wasn’t left at door when my instructions said “Ring doorbell and leave at door”. I have had numerous pizzas messed up by this location. This time there was too much cheese put on this pizza and the chicken that was suppose to be on there was missing. There is a process from order to delivery including making sure the pizza is correct which was obviously missed.

Took an hour and a half to deliver. Watched the delivery driver step on our pizza on our ring doorbell (sad crushed pizza photos as proof) After that the delivery driver didn’t leave property for 10 minutes. They looked into my cars windows and wandered around property until I came out and confronted them. Don’t order from them if you want to feel safe in your home.

Ordered a delivery around 530, finally around 720ish I see the delivery driver pull up and park while I was waiting on my porch, they didnt even get out of the car and just sped off, its 830 now and still no sign if my order. It was a cash on delivery so its not like they left it at the wrong house or something. It even says on the app “order completed” even though its obviously NOT

For a take out order it took an hour and a half and then got the wrong order.
They were not busy and the most infuriating part is they said we are just waiting for the last one to come out of the oven then 20 minutes late the one guy ask “is this supposed to be in the oven ” so by the time I got any my pizza sat for 50 minutes because they didn’t put one thing in the oven … They have such a bad reputation they will give you free food for a 5 star review.

Disgusting experience. An employee at this location refused to sell us pizza because my brother-in-law doesn’t speak English well. Even after another customer came in and helped translate, the employee still refused service and became aggressive, kicking an empty pizza box!!
This behavior was racist, hostile, and completely unprofessional. No customer should ever be treated this way. If Domino’s allows this kind of conduct, they should be ashamed.

This team was great! We had to wait a hot minute for our pizza because it was super busy, but the team was so friendly and helpful with getting us the best deal and when the pizza was finished it tasted fantastic! Even though they were busy, the service and quality was never compromised.
