Never really had any trouble with Domino’s until this location. Having ordered a couple of pizzas and having them delivered late at night I thought it was like, great you didn’t have to cook! Unfortunately, both pizzas were delivered with VERY doughy an uncooked centers. Because it was late at night I didn’t bother calling them. I guess that’s my bad. I did try to reach out to the store manager today, who told me that she refused to give me any information about her franchise location ownership, and refused to explain who could help correct her obvious errors. I don’t wish to claim anything other than this is a serious food safety issue, and a piss poor customer service situation. Unfortunately because she hung up on me, I have no recourse other than write some words to the emptiness of the internet. It’s hard to see the gooeyness in the photo, but there it is. The person was friendly but the food was absolutely disgusting. The cut wasn’t tight and the crust sauce was not put on the crust it was splattered in the middle of the pizza that made it like soup. I’ve ordered from here quite often and I’ve never received such nasty food before and will not be going again.

Didn’t ask for extra toppings pizza seems to of been dropped and still given to me. It was soft and soggy and had way too many toppings and wasn’t even cooked it was literally soft dough you couldn’t even lift a piece without it falling apart. And not sure what the wet substance was all over the box. The third photo is exactly how the pizza looked when I opened it.

I understand that manning is a huge issue right now but it took almost 2 hours to receive a very modest order. When we called, we started to ask if there was some type of refund or discount they could give and they hung up. When I tried calling back, I was on hold for about 10 minutes. Ordered at this location and never got any updates on my order. Called and asked what was going on and was told that they can not deliver to a truck semi which is false because I am at this location all the time and always order dominos and never have a problem. Then asked the girl on the phone to cancel my order and was told she will do that when she has a chance. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked for her name so that I can contact the district manager about her customer service and was told that she is not required to give me her name. I will never use this location again now that there are new people here and I would never recommend this location either due to the attitude that I was given and the fact that I was not even going to be told that my order was not coming. Terrible customer service.

I am so disappointed with this dominos. I’ve eaten at so many dominos locations and never had a problem. First off you should know that I love pizza and cheese, that being said, this pizza had wayyyy too much cheese. I’m measuring 1/2 inch from top of bread to top of cheese! I don’t think I’ve ever had a pizza I could not finish and had to throw away after 1 slice. Also got the bread balls, only the middle few got seasoned. The majority were just plain bread. And why does the front desk kid have earbuds in while ringing up customers?

Glad to see it back open. Quality of the pizza is still horrible. Lacking toppings and never spread to the edges. Bottom of the crust on hand tossed is a bit tough. Still slow & late with pickup.
