Ordered pizza two different times within the last couple of days from this location. I must say this is probably the best dominos experience I’ve had. The pizza actually was good and had toppings on it. I have gotten pizza from the bountiful and woods cross locations and every time it has been bad. Thank you for doing a good job at this location

5 stars for this location! Adam was very helpful over the phone, we had trouble on the app because it was having an error processing a gift card and debit card split payment. Adam helped us out and was patient with us getting our order put in! Hopefully the app won’t have that issue in the future but we’re glad that we were able to find a solution! Side note for gluten-free people, their gluten-free crust is delish!

Ordered a pan pizza and pepperoni stuffed cheese bread last night, Mobile app order sitting in the parking lot and ate there. Pizza tracker said it was baking so decided to go in and get a seat, pizza was already boxed up and ready to go when I walked in. We tried the cheese bread first, really good… super cheesy with a nice crispy outside. Then we open up our pizza box and pull out a slice and the pizza was visibly undercooked. Took a bite, super doughy… like chewing on play dough. Took it to the counter to show the staff and was told by all 4 kids back there “oh yeah the pan pizza is more doughy than the other pizzas” and was shrugged off by all of them even though we were clearly not happy with our pizza and wanted it re made. I can’t even count how many times I’ve ordered a pan pizza from this location and it’s never been this under cooked before. Every employee in there looked to be under the age of 20, didn’t feel like arguing with a bunch of kids who spent their time screwing around in the kitchen counting down how many hours they had left until they could leave. So we didn’t even finish our slice of pizza it was so inedible and threw the rest away. Waste of money, horrible customer service.

I entered to get a pickup order. Instead of being greeted with, “Hello welcome to Domino’s, how may I help you.” I was greeted with, “Hey man.” When I informed the driver I heard him he brushed me off, I then told him I’m not his man. I’m a Transgenger woman, no attempt was made by the employee to apologize, or to correct it. Even though I related it was indeed offensive he and the manager on duty didn’t think it was disrespectful at all. The apology from the manager was a blanket I’m sorry all this happened. Not his initial response, no only sorry after I was loud in front of other customers about how I was treated. I go here a frequently, I will no longer spend my money there.
