Very dissatisfied in my order, my pizza was so dry and basically had no cheese so I asked for more cheese and they just put cold cheese in top but no refund was offered or anything and my cheesy bread was soo small and over cooked with barley any cheese. If I could give this a negative rating I would. I ordered my pizza at 5:55 pm it didn’t show up till 8:30 pm the other night. When the pizza finally arrived it was cold and hard as a rock. I waited on hold to contact the manager and finally ended up hanging up after 50 minutes of no one answering the phone. I submitted an email with pictures and screens shots with no reply. So upset that I will never order from here again. I wish I could say that this was the first time my order was hours late but sadly I didn’t learn my lesson the first time.

They delivered the wrong item. I ordered multiple items and opened up one of them the next day for dinner. Was told, when I called, I was too late and there was nothing they could or would do – by both the associate and then he said the manager backed up his decision. Ultimately I could just “deal with it.” The delivery guy wasn’t exactly friendly either and failed to say “Thank you.” They’ve lost a long time customer.

Technically, the ingredients we asked for are here. However, it’s the messiest thing I’ve ever seen. My wife is a vegetarian which is why we get half and half but there’s meat thrown and piled everywhere. No sauce on one of the pizzas and it’s pretty much half crust. What’s the point of ordering half and half pizzas if they can never get it right?? Never ordering here again.

I Keep giving this place chances but every time, it’s the same story. I placed my order at 7pm tracker says 55-65 minutes. Order immediately switches to “We’re Firing it up! Erica has started preparing your order” a fire lights inside me. The excitement that in under one hour I will be sinking my teeth into a glorious cornucopia of thinly sliced steak and cheese overwhelms me. Now its about this time that I should have realized that fire inside me was not the only fire that was just being lit, they must’ve just fired up the ovens, just for me because it sat, “Firing it up” for over an hour, I figured “Hey apps probably having problems right? He’ll pull up, the dogs will go nuts and we will have our dinner any minute now”. Wishful thinking folks, a few minutes later I get a notification saying: “Your pizza is out of the oven and being checked for perfection by Erica!, at about 8pm” I tell myself this is okay, they will get it right over I’m only about 1.5 miles away. So I wait patiently for the notification that it’s in its way. 30 Goddam minutes later, your pizza is on its way and being delivered by troy. At this point I’m heating up my oven cause no headlamp will leave a pizza in any edible state for a half an hour, “break out the parmesan babe were gonna have to rescuscitate this one”. Now I could lazily drive to this dominoes in 15 minutes. 40 minutes later my food arrives, as you can imagine, pizza cold and dry sliding around in the box in individual slices or depression, bone dry wings ice cold, had to spend another 15 minutes in the oven while I typed this. If you live in the area, call Marcos, way better service way better pizza.

Ordering from Domino’s at this location is hit or miss. Out of the 4 orders that I have placed online at this location this month they canceled 2 of them bc they were unable to deliver. I’m done with you guys. I’m just going to order Pizza Hut from now on. They have stuffed crust pizza anyways.
