I usually place my orders paying cash upon delivery and have never had an issue. Today I decided to pay online, and this is what the delivery driver handed to us. This is completely unacceptable.
I have been waiting for over 30 minutes to speak with a customer service representative, and no one has answered my call; just a voice video about “Domino’s Pizza Specials”

I’m concerned on who they hire and if they’re following protocol? I was told they didn’t have my garden salad, I had to have Ceasars. I said fine as long as there’s no charge, she said okay, and they charged me anyways. We ordered a specialty pizza that made us ill. I asked for a refund on the App, but I did not want more food. I wanted my money back. When I called the store I got an employee that didn’t speak English, so she had me text her. I did, she said her manager would call me. The manager never made an attempt to call. The employee did file the complaint, but I’ve never received a refund. What is going on these days? Are they wearing gloves? Why did we get sick? No communication or accountability…. and just POOR CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE!!!

Pizza was delicious I have no complaints about that but delivery guy was horrible. He called me and don’t get me wrong the food came quickly but he did not fully deliver it to me. He called me and asked me to come meet him outside the lobby to get it. I told him I was on crutches and I was unable to. I provided him with my gate code to enter the apartment garage to just park by the elevator and run it up that I cannot come myself I just had surgery only my daughter is with me and she is a minor. He then proceeded to say well yes just send her then. I just wasn’t comfortable with it but what were we going to do I had her facetime and walk down to grab the food but I told him I tipped ahead for this purpose for you to bring it up to me and you are not going to do it? He said yeah just have her come down like excuse me? I called no answer. I put in a feedback no reply. This location is right by my house so its unfortunate that I now have to outsource because absolutely never again.

I ordered a Honolulu Hawaiian pizza and removed the ham. They failed to remove the ham but also failed to even put any pineapple on my Hawaiian pizza! I then called to make a complaint but they hung up on me 5 times! There was 5 people in store and nobody in the restaurant at the time I picked up! I’m never buying from this location again, and want a refund! I didn’t pay 30 bucks for a pizza I didn’t ask for!

I’ve been ordering from this location every couple of weeks for at least a year now. Always carry out since I’m right down the road. I’ve never had any big problems, food always turns out fine and they’re always pretty quick getting it done.

Place looks clean enough guys were pretty nice there but as I waited at the counter I saw the cook digging in a bowl of tots barehanded and then adding all the topping barehanded as well as make two pizzas and all the topping barehanded. Right before that he was outside smoking and I never saw a hand wash being utilized and the was a box of gloves right in front of him as well but just got ignored.

They said that my food was done at 7:52 when it was supposed to be done at 7:42 by their tracker app and when I got there, they didn’t have enough pineapples and said it was gonna be 15 more minutes and they wouldn’t remake the pizza that was already done and sitting there for 15 minutes

Ordered $30 delivery. Wrong order worth about $12 arrived, with toppings that my family won’t eat. Called. No good. Tried to find a corporate number—no good. Tried calling another Dominos to see if they had any ideas. No help. This Dominos’s phone said they were closed when I knew they weren’t, so I drove over. They offered to replace or refund my order. I got a replacement. When I got back home the delivery driver was there with my correct order, having realized his mistake 15-20 minutes too late. We ended up with double the pizza we ordered, but the relaxing evening I was trying to have by ordering delivery turned into a frustrating merry-go-round. “Delivery Insurance”, as the online claim policy is called, only gives a free pizza or 20% off the next order. It in no way would have compensated for the initial mistake.

Our order for delivery was sent to the wrong address (a previous address actually) due to my failure to verify the address being updated in the online ordering tool. The order was an Easy Order that populated the last address the items were ordered from–a place we moved from last September. I failed to notice that since I had ordered delivery several times before at our current address with no issues.
I rushed to the store to ask about the order. The manager, Miguel, was amazing in rectifying the situation. Our order was pretty substantial and half of the order was missing when we went to the old address to retrieve it. The portion that we lost, Miguel and his hard-working staff helped to replace all of the lost items! We were very appreciative!
The food, of course, is always to our satisfaction.
