I’ve consistently had pizza that’s not made properly. I thought pizza making was basic. Cheese up to the crust but not skimping and having a 3+ inch crust, nope. Thought when you buy a topping it should be all over the pizza with the amount designated by the company, nope. Cut into basically even slices, hard nope. Check out the last photo to compare sizes. Seasoned crust requested, no seasoned crust. If skills for basic pizza making are lacking, then maybe find another job. Poor skills. Skimping the customer who pays for toppings means actually measure how you’re supposed to, don’t throw on what feels fine to you. Have some pride in any job you work at.

I have to say everyone in your store on a 9pm Friday is the friendliest and attentive group I’ve ever seen at any pizza or fast food place. Each worker who didn’t hear me get asked if I have been served tried to make sure I was assisted. I had accidentally messed up ordering my pick up order so it never got placed and THEY apologized and said they would be glad to get started on it now. Dominoes is always Dominoes but these guys definitely made the experience better!

Check your food!! Last night we ordered two large pizzas for pick up. My boyfriend bit into his slice and found a 2.5in piece of wood.
We called the store and asked to speak to the manager, he was nonchalant and said “oh I don’t know how that got in there but we can remake your pizza”. Not even offering an apology. This store is careless and unprofessional. Eat at your own risk!

Ordered pizzas via the app and I do appreciate the convenience of that. I requested the extra cheese option that is prompted when you add a pizza to your cart and it appeared that that was lost in translation as the pizzas I ordered did not appear cheesier than the average pizza. We still ate all the pizza.

Be careful ordering from this Domino’s they keep delivering to our address by accident instead of multiple of our neighbors. This time they rang the doorbell and upset our baby I was putting down to sleep. Their drivers are not trained properly and may deliver you food to a neighbor and cause problems.

There are 2 dominos on Redwood Rd that put this store to shame. I don’t know what it is, but this store truly disappoints on the quality and taste of the pizza. It should all be the same right? I have learned my lesson to stop hoping this location matches those ones.

The first time I ordered a delivery, it was lost and delivered to the wrong people and took over an hour to track and be helped. This second time I’m writing a review because it has happened again. I place my order almost two hours ago. It’s been long over an hour since it’s been out for delivery. No one in the store will pick up now. I’ve called twice previously and was told it was close by. It is 12:30 am and no pizza update I’ve waited two hours since it was placed and have been given no guidance or help on tracking it or where it is. Still on hold for MINUTES trying to call the store for help. Terrible service.
