Cancelled my order twice on the app for no reason, told me to call the store. Called around 10pm and the woman at the store told me that because she was the “only one working since 5pm, that incoming orders would be cancelled because it’s too busy.” Also told me I could not order a sandwich as there’s only one sandwich bread left and “the boss wanted it to last.”
-Cancelling orders because the person working is incompetent and cannot handle working alone. (I understand understaffing, but if you know you’re understaffed, don’t put people on who can’t work under pressure.)
-Charged for two orders over $30, only for it to be cancelled TWICE and the refund is “pending.” (Charged twice, no food,)
-Worker told me there was an “automated AI system that detects how many people are on shift, and how many people are on deliveries. If it’s too busy, all incoming orders get blocked.”
-Hoarding ingredients for managers lunch? (Get a sandwich elsewhere dude.)
TLDR; got charged twice for orders I didn’t even receive. Had an incompetent teen tell me a line of Ai-related tomfoolery, told me “yes we are open but I’m working alone so your orders will keep getting cancelled.” Ridiculous.

I just ordered a gluten free pizza from this location and it’s honestly terrible. Burnt on the bottom and the crust is so hard. I’ve ordered gluten free pizza from other Dominos locations and they were great. This one wasn’t it though

Ordered a pizza and cookie brownie tonight (02/14/2023). The brownie showed up completely undercooked! Seriously inedible especially if there is raw egg in the batter! The brownie and cookie dough are just goo being held in place by a thin shell of cooked dough.
I’m appalled and anyone on shift tonight should be ashamed. There is no excuse for serving raw dough. And on valentines of all days! Go and make a bunch of happy couples sick why don’t you?
“Quality check?” Whoever thinks this passed a quality check should be placed in a different position at the least.

I didn’t feel like cooking tonight, I also didn’t feel like going anywhere to pick up food, but I know sometimes it can take a long time for food delivery. I went ahead and took a chance. I ordered our pizza, the app says it would be done in 23 minutes. I had the driver at my door with the biggest smile and the most genuine and “thank you, have a nice evening” I could have ever asked for. The pizza was great and my evening was made!!
