They can never put my card number in correctly. And it’s always denied, so I went down there personally to order pizzas. Paid for them asked for them to be delivered at a certain time. Because it was ladies’ night. We were going to see Brandon lake in concert. We were planning to leave at 6 o’clock. They were supposed to be at 5:30. We waited and waited. We called and they said they were delivered to the wrong place. Now they’re saying they couldn’t find me. So I’m getting all different kinds of stories, but they charged me for my order that I never received. And they just wanted to compensate me with the large Pizza and I had to go get it. If I wanted it delivered, they would charge me $3. I will never Would go back there ever ever again? Bad service.

And the owner tried to blame it on me that I’m probably not speaking clear enough. I think he played the race card cause I’m Hispanic and I was speaking very clear English. Born and raised here in utah.

Do not go to another domino’s, for they do not know the art of pizza like the domino’s Syracuse location. They make it with love, enthusiasm, dare I say even a little desire. You walk in to a warm environment and smiles all around. This gets a solid thumbs up.

Not sure how they managed to mess up my order 3 separate times. Ordered a light cheese, light sauce pizza, they gave me someone else’s order twice. Remade mine and still made it wrong, light cheese means half the amount not 10% and then burning the pizza. I get they’re busy but come on 3rd times the charm isn’t that hard.

This location has been really disappointing for a long time. I’ve tried giving multiple chances. The last visit is my last. The visit before we did car side pickup and they never came out and I had to go in the store and my Pizza’s weren’t ready when it said it was. Now this last visit I asked for a double pepperoni pan pizza with light sauce and for it to be well done. When I got home we found the pizza to be covered in sauce that the toppings were following off the crust. Some slices had little to no cheese as well. I could only eat 2 slices and threw it away. It’s better to drive to Clinton or Layton to get a better experience.

Great customer Service. Pizza was done on time The staff was friendly. Greeted me as soon as I walked into the building. Customer service is very important to me. That why I will drive a couple of Miles to the Syracuse Store to avoid the Store in Clinton.

This location continually has problems. My in-laws live near there and every time we come into town we order Dominos and then are so disappointed. Our experience has been that the pizza is burned on the top, the cinnamon twists have very little cinnamon coverage and the icing is THICK like it sat around for a year and/or the parmesan bites are extremely overbaked and oddly shaped. There seem to be no quality controls. They never look at their product and realize that it is crap and decide on their own that it needs to be redone. My daughter is a level 3 at Dominos in TX, so we actually know what a good product should be. But when you can only eat 1 Parmesan bite of the 16 because it is so crunchy, something needs to be done. I’m tired of visiting and expecting a good product and getting something sub par.

I give up on Dominos. Twice now I have ordered from the Syracuse location and both times my food came wrong. A few months ago I ordered a couple pizzas one pizza came with the onions on it and it was ordered without called they made a new one sent it to me and that pizza was also wrong they put the wrong toppings on it! Fast forward tonight decided I’d try them again! Ordered 3 medium pizzas all with extra sauce NONE has extra sauce and in fact one didn’t have any sauce at all! Called into the store told them what happened they made me a new one and sent it out pizza arrived it had sauce this BUT the dough was not cooked…so I give up clearly they quality control at this location is not doing their job very well! I do not recommend dominos pizza out of the Syracuse location!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. We order from this location once a week and they mess up our pizzas every single time and at this point it’s definitely intentional. We’ve reached out to the management there and they laugh and mock and use words such as will supposedly you didn’t order the wrong thing. That’s not good customer service and I will not be purchasing pizza from there again.
