They rarely get everything right… We are a thin crust family. The normal amount of sauce makes the pizza taste like a stale cracker, so we always order extra sauce. Then it’s about 45% of the time we still get a stale cracker. Another 45% of the time we end up with a swimming pool of sauce and we can’t even pick up the pizza because it’s become one with the box. The other 10% of the time it’s the perfect amount of sauce.
This time they actually did it right… but then they can’t remember how to cut a pizza. Yes, this is 3 “slices” of their thin crust pizza… When cut down to normal size by us, it’s more like 10 slices

Melissa at Domino’s Pizza really came through for my family last night. Without getting into the specifics, I accidentally left with the wrong order, and Melissa immediately stepped in to make it right. She and her team resolved the situation quickly and professionally.

Ordered from the Domino’s app and it said pizza would take 20 minutes. When I waited 20 minutes the app said it was still on prep. So I went in to see what was wrong. Only 2 employees were there, employee and one manager. Manager was making pizzas and employee was boxing. We asked about our order and said oh it’s not even been made. We waited another 15 minutes and then they forgot our parmesan bites and it would be another 15 minutes. We said didn’t want to wait and to cancel it. I understand the app doesn’t always follow the stores through the process. But how are customers suppose to know if they are running behind.i feel that the app should express a high volume alert of orders or the store should let customers know.There is no way of knowing unless. You go in. But had no problem waiting. It was the manager and employee never said sorry about the wait or we are running behind. This store needs to work on their communication to customers on status and be more understanding and sympathetic and apologetic when customers wait for their food longer than the app said or let customers know that they are short handed or even offer to cancel your order or offer some what of a discount or anything for a longer wait then normal or just explain. We were more upset of the screw up and no apology. Than the wait. They just seemed like they could care less that we repeat customers.

Calling in your order is always the best. They even offer you a discount if you pick up your order. Fast service, I normally order for a family of 6 and it takes about 15 minutes to be ready for pick up. The kids have fun writing on the chalkboard for those of us that can remember them being in schools, lol. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because if they’re slammed it can be hard to get your order in a timely fashion. Other than that, great place for pizza!

Horrible place placed 2 orders didn’t even get 1 wanted me to wait 15+ minutes for them to make my other order they never started when I spoke to him on the phone he was very rude instead of trying to understand my situation and that it wasn’t my fault he was blaming me i love dominos but I will NEVER NEVER visit this place again and to make it worst he was unplugging the phone so we couldn’t call and complain
