Bad experience. My order was wrong they ran out of salad I got the special where you get two items for $9.99 each when it was delivered the salad wasn’t there so I called and they gave me a credit I called today and the guy was absolutely rude like I couldn’t believe he was trying to tell me that I needed to pay for it. I’m like no there’s a credit for the salad. He continues to say well you owe. I was like it’s the special it’s the same price he said come in and we will see what we can do I told him I wanted curbside pickup. I am disabled so it’s hard for me to come in. I get to the store and one of the employees was eating behind the counter and he wa an older gentleman. You would think he would have some common sense to eat it in the back. Not where everyone can see him I call the store and ask if someone could bring it out. The gentleman who answered the phone was named Benjamin and he was the most polite person that I talk to in a long time that worked at the store so I was impressed by him and let him know that I was unable to come in and he he was so caring and made sure that it was brought to me so out of this whole situation I would give Benjamin a five star rating but through everything else it was a bad experience and I’ve always had a bad experience with this store. I almost just want to start going to Papa John’s because this Domino’s is the only one that delivers in my area and the people there are rude and have a lack of customer service skills. So if the manager is reading this message, I’d get props to Benjamin and let him know that he’s doing an amazing job and that he should rub off on some of the other employees that worked.

Had me wait for 26 extra minutes after my scheduled pick up time, turns out the pizza was ready and just sitting on the pick up shelf. I had to point it out to the employee. The customer behind me who was also waiting for 20+ minutes had the same issue. Do they not have some kind of system to tell them when an order is ready? Or at least say something when it is? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to cook a small pizza…

These guys(gals) totally ROCK. I have two other Domino’s that are closer to my house but they can’t compare. Therefore I go out of my way and make the drive cause you can’t beat their timing and quality assurance. I place my order, jump in my truck, and 99% of the time my pizza is just barely done and waiting for me. The other 1% I only have to wait a minute or two. When it comes to pizza I am very very picky. I know what I want and how I want it. And this place knocks it out of the ballpark every time!!

This is BY FAR the best Domino’s Pizza location I’ve ever been to. First time today and so impressed. Very clean. Everything looks really organized behind the glass where they’re making the pizzas. Not messy or gross like other locations. Staff is friendly and well behaved while customers are here waiting for their order. They have a cool place for kids to watch the pizzas be made. Music selection is great. Will be returning 100%

Looks like they missed the quality check step in preparing our food. I didn’t take a picture of the bottom but it was pretty well burnt like the top. Unfortunately this pizza was also missing sauce and a topping.

Always amazing! I can count on dominos to make my pizza and make it right. Their are very little places nowadays that are consistent and just always do it right and this dominos is one of those places! I love their environment! It’s always friendly and just super upbeat! They have a whole set up for kids to be able to watch them make the pizzas! They are open late as well and always make big catering orders without question! Super clean as well I can always count on them!
