For me it’s usually less about mistakes made and more about what happens after the mistakes. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and tomatoes. When I got my order I was so bummed to see that there was hardly any sauce or tomatoes. It took awhile to track down my order, but I spoke with the manager, Sam, who was apologetic and gave me a refund which means I will order from them again 🙂

My parents ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites. They paid extra for additional pineapple on their supreme pizza, but it was missing. They also never received the icing for the cinnamon bites, even though they paid extra for that as well. On top of that, the staff appeared to be handling orders out of sequence, which caused them to wait hours for a simple carryout order. When my dad called the store to speak with a manager, he was hung up on—twice. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager, or at least the one that “helped” me, has zero communication skills. I ordered online, says it’s ready for pick up, walk in the store and literally on the screen says my order is ready and then when I ask where it is she says if it was ready I would give it to you. Ha! Well you can see why I would be confused when next to my name it says “ready”. Then I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes for my order. Seriously worth the drive to go to a farther location.

I believe the employees name was Lawrence or Larry but he went avovr and beyond, I was waiting in the carside delivery spot and it had just snowed and frozen over, he saw I didnt do a greaf job scraping off my car and he scraped all my windows for me. Very nice guy and on top of it the pizza is always amazing (:

For the most part it’s been good. But i had a bad experience one time. I had to wait for almost an hour for my pizza because they were so busy and two of the employees were arguing the whole time and both were threatening each other about leaving. But for the most part it’s been good. I usually would order before leaving my apartment and it would be ready when i get there.

The older guy (50’s- can’t remember his name)…. Was soooo nice! He gave me a good deal for a pizza after I asked for a student discount (nursing student). Very pleasant— Helpful too!

This place looks like a big blue prison but the customer service and food quality was great. They desperately need to hire a lawn care company to take care of their grass/weeds. Overall I would come back here again, but each time I visit I will be afraid of being attacked by a gang of raccoons or crows maybe. 4 stars.

– 1 if I could , I ordered at 12:28am and they close at 1am and order got cancelled for no reason does that seem normal because they don’t wanna make the order so they just cancel it ? Haven’t ordered in years now won’t again for sure crazy how lazy people can be.

I’ve given this Domino’s multiple chances, but every time, the experience is awful. Customer service is consistently terrible—employees are loud and unprofessional, and the music is blaring to the point that my hard-of-hearing friend struggled to communicate when picking up our order. Instead of helping, the manager just called someone else over to take it.
To top it off, as we were leaving, we saw the manager eating right next to the food being prepared. Completely unsanitary. That was the last straw—never coming back. If you want Domino’s, just go to the Provo location. This one isn’t worth it.
