I’ve been to many Domino’s locations, and this was by far the worst experience. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, and the worker gave me attitude over toppings, even though other locations just make it standard.
When my order was ready, she set the box on the counter mid–phone call, said “here you go,” and walked away without a “thank you” or “have a good day.”
The pizza itself speaks for the quality — unevenly cut, toppings clumped on one side, bare spots on the other, and a huge amount of dough compared to actual pizza. Seasoning was thrown everywhere, making it look rushed and careless. I’ve never had such low effort from a Domino’s, and it’s disappointing that this is what was served.
(This incident happened between 3:30-4:00 pm of today)

We just received our order and it was perfect. Hands down the best looking and tasting pizzas ever. They looked great! The delivery driver was super nice too. Had an awesome experience, thank you!!

They were under staffed foe the holiday so everything was much slower than normal. Understandable, except that the quality if food went down too. Our parmesean bites that are normally buttery and delicious, had no butter and looks like someone barely sprinkled one of the packets of parmesean on half of it. Pizzas were dry and going cold because of the delay. I had selected carside delivery but ended up waddling in at 8 months pregnant after waiting 10 minutes in the car side spot.
Tried again today 10/18. They got our order wrong again. Picture of the pepperoni pizza that was supposed to be half cheese. Included a pic of the receipt to show that it was ordered as a half.

The only reason I gave a star is because I needed to in order to post a review. This location by far is the worst!! Apparently the owner doesn’t know how to keep their items stocked. It’s ridiculous that they sell sandwiches but they NEVER EVER have bread. When they cancel my order they don’t even make an effort to try to make things right all they say is “sorry I can’t make it because we don’t have bread” when ask why they do t keep bread stocked up they say “my boss doesn’t order much because we don’t sell sandwiches much”. Interesting that they don’t sell much yet never have bread you would think if they didn’t sell much they would have some bread in stock right?! Also they always mess up my orders, missing toppings given the wrong pizza and let’s not for get if u request delivery their driver one in particular called me twice to ask me for tip. After I told him my brother is home and would tip you driver was upset and throw my pizza on my porch table and wings along with napkins and extras landed on the floor and didn’t bother to pick them up. Driver drives a white VW and everything was caught on my cameras. I’m sick and tired of the constant disappointments. So do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs save your money and avoid the headaches.

Placed an order through the app like I usually do and waited for the order. Had arrived on time as they usually does. I ordered a well-done pizza and this one must’ve slipped through the cracks because it didn’t even seem cooked halfway. I called the store. They made a replacement And when it was delivered, the person sincerely apologized and it was the best Domino’s stuffed crust pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. The North Salt Lake store rocks!!! ❤️

3 online orders in a row there was some form of issue. 1st time there was no bread for the sandwiches and had the audacity to up charge me for another item if I wanted it. 2nd they ran out of bacon. Yeah bruh bacon. 3rd This time they dropped my order off to another house and I used the same address as before on the app. It’s super hard to tip the drivers when this kind of service is given.

Quality control is underwhelming. Most of the outer ring of crust was bubbled up pushing all of the toppings to the middle. This turned my 14 inch pizza into a 10 inch pizza. What makes this even worse is they didn’t even look at it after it was cooked, It got thrown into a box with no concern whatsoever. It didn’t even get sliced. I had to slice it myself before eating. I have had good luck with this location in the past and will try them one more time, but if this is what I get, it will be the last.
