In November 2025, we visited the Domino’s Pizza that is located in Lehi, Utah. We bought a couple of carry-out pizzas and parm bites, and the food was delicious. This store was short-staffed when we visited, and it took longer for the food to be ready and available. We were able to use some promotions to get more favorable prices on our carry-out orders. We had a favorable experience buying food from this Domino’s location in East Lehi, Utah.

Their customer service is great. As soon as we walked in we were greeted. The pizza is good when made correctly. And they have gluten free pizza crust. However, it’s really disappointing to pick up a pizza and see it has been made incorrectly. Ordered no onions and we got extra onions. Ordered pepperoni and it had very minimal cheese and minimal pepperoni and a ton of some type of seasoning which made it taste very peppery. A little extra attention goes a long way. Would we come again. Yes. But we won’t be leaving until we’ve checked the pizza to make sure everything has been made correctly.

I usually love dominos but asking for a tip and leaving it written on my delivery box is not okay. If I like how fast and how you make the pizza, I’ll leave a tip but it’s not my obligation to be paying you more. So whoever owns this dominos make sure you train your workers to just accept how much they get paid and leave the customers alone.

I was having issues with the online app. I called my order in and the total was more than what it was online. I had a free 16 bread bites. The store and specifically manager Matt said no way they will honor the coupon because then “I’d still have a coupon” they told me it would make their inventory go negative so I can either pay extra for the bread bites or he can remove them from my order. I’ve been trying to order my dinner from them for almost an hour between messing with the failed app and talking to them directly at the store. I told them that’s terrible customer service and to cancel the entire order. It was over 50 dollars. He was happy to cancel the order and said have a good night. The last two times they delivered to me they got my dipping cups wrong. I ordered ranch and they kept bringing icing sauce. Needless to say they just lost customers over this. This place is NEVER on time for pick up. The app has never been accurate so you end up waiting 10-15 minutes after the app says it’s done. We are using up the last of our gift cards, then we won’t be coming back. Pizza quality is inconsistent too. I’m surprised they attract customers.

Ordered twice from here recently after starting a new job nearby. Absolutely great experiences both times. Pizza was ready very fast both times (like within 10 mins) and the orders were done correctly (I had lots of modifications).
I saw the reviews and was afraid I’d have a similar experience as I had at the Papa John’s in AF (which has bad reviews and my experience getting pizza from there was as bad, if not even worse, than the reviews suggested).
Really happy to say my experiences at this Domino’s have been completely opposite. I have zero complaints, and the pizza itself was delicious!

This location is normally good, but they just got a bunch of new employees. They burned one pizza so bad that it broke apart when they cut it. I asked what they thought this was and the guy pulling pizzas out of the oven said he thought it was supposed to look like that. However, the other 2 pizzas turned out good.
I know it’s hard right now to find employees right now, so I’ll probably give them another chance, but I won’t give them forever. While they did make a replacement pizza, I realized the other 2 were cold when I got home. They didn’t try to do anything else to make it better either.
Update: My kids didn’t like the normal pizzas either. They were way more crunchy than normal.

Why are we made to pay $3.99 on the delivery fee, than an extra 20% tip to the driver? Folks start doing carry out! To make it worse, the delivery driver didn’t have the small packets of peppers and Parmesan cheese. Come on guys. $10.50 I paid for the delivery.
