One star, because apparently zero stars isn’t an option.
Ordering from this Domino’s is less “delivery” and more “a character-building exercise in patience.” The app will cheerfully tell you your pizza is arriving in 20–30 minutes, and then Domino’s will respond with: “That’s adorable. See you in an hour… or whenever we feel like it.”
It is always late. Not “once in a while” late. Not “busy Friday night” late. More like “time is a social construct” late. If you have plans, go ahead and throw them out the window the moment you place the order. You’re not on your schedule anymore. You are on the Domino’s timetable now.
By the time the pizza arrives, you’ve had enough time to question your choices, age a little, and consider learning to make dough from scratch just out of spite. The food is fine when it finally shows up, but the waiting game is the real specialty here.
If you’re hungry tonight, order somewhere else. If you’re hungry next week, Domino’s might be perfect. The only reason I keep ordering from here is I keep getting free pizza coupons because the order is always so late. Jokes on me.

Dominos Pizza is good and I love the crust. But the service at this location is wild. 2 hrs to get my Pizza and I had to pick it up even though it was delivery. They offered no discount or apologize for the inconvenience. I understand you get a lot of orders but if it’s going to be 2 hrs indicate that when ordering so I can choose an option to get my family feed in a decent amount of time.

We placed an order at 6:49pm, and were told approximately 50-60min delivery. Okay, that’s fine. But the order wasn’t even put into the oven until 60min after we placed it. The. Is was delivery 30 min after that.
The food arrived at an appropriate temperature, and there was no fault to the delivery diver. This location is just horrible at filling orders. I’m not sure if they need to hire more people or if corporate needs to step in and shuffle up management.

There’s so much hate for this place and I can’t figure out why? Perhaps it’s delivery? I don’t know. But, what I do know is they know how to make a pretty good pizza here, and for $6.99? It’s the best pizza deal you will find around. Sure the pizzas aren’t always good, but that’s takeout for ya, you get the good and the bad. The employees have always been nice, and made sure we were taken care of. No complaints. Keep it up guys!

I’ve ordered from this place twice. The first time I ordered it took over and hour and a half and I never got my order. Never got my refund either. I tried to give them a second chance about six months later and ordered delivery. Again, over two hours and I had to call…upon which time I think they started to make my pizza. I still haven’t gotten tonight’s lie, but I’m done. The WORST dominos location I’ve ordered from. If they’re busy, I get that, but you owe it to your customers to inform them.

Today was our third time at the Kaysville location, but second time we’ve asked to cancel our order. When ordering, the online system said 10-15 minute wait. We ordered, drove to the restaurant, and our pickup time kept being pushed back. We waited 30 minutes before I went in to see if maybe their system wasn’t loading right, but they told me it would be another 35-40 minute wait. They were unapologetic, seemed to be in no rush cooking pizzas, and were more than happy to cancel my order. We won’t be wasting our time there again.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice—I’m not ordering from Domino’s ever again. They estimate one time when ordering online, then deliver over an hour later than estimated. Don’t trust their online ordering system. This is, perhaps, not fair to this particular franchise, but they have got to change their delivery estimation time on their website. A cheap free pizza as an apology doesn’t make up for it when you’ve got hangry kids for over an hour past when you were initially told the pizza would arrive. This is a terrible way to run a business! If they estimated delivery time were accurate I never would have ordered from them, and they know it. It feels as though they are fine deceiving customers in order to still receive orders.

Awful service. We ordered pizza at 5:30pm and at 6:15 pm the Tracker still showed In Prep. We called and they told us it would be DELIVERED in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later the tracker STILL showed In Prep. We called and canceled the order. They didn’t offer any apology or compensation and said we’d get a refund in TWO DAYS. THEN the tracker updated Baking, Quality Check, and Delivery immediately back-to-back. If it shows up, we better still get our refund, and they’re still getting this bad review. TERRIBLE STORE!
Update: The pizza did show up. I still expect a refund because I had to order pizza from a different restaurant because your service was so terrible.

I like domino’s pizza in general but this location is the worst. We had taken a break from them after having similar issues and (mistakenly) decided to give them another chance tonight and I go to the store at the estimated pickup time only to be told it would be another HOUR for my food to be ready. When asked why the app said it would only take 20 minutes he just said “corporate” won’t change the ready times. The app has given accurate ready times literally every other store I’ve been to, not sure why it can’t here. Plus, they have my email and phone number, a heads up would be nice.
