I used to love this location. They had great customer service, It has severally gone downhill. We kept giving them a second chance and this is the last. The 3 last orders we have done has been nothing but issues. They need a new GM. Won’t order again. One time we got under cooked pizza, they didn’t answer the phone. Second time the pizza took over an hour AND I ended up with food poisoning, spent the night in the bathroom. Decided one more time and ordered sandwiches. One was cold and soggy, but the chicken was burnt (don’t know how they managed that) the other had cheese everywhere and was burnt, it was like they threw it together with a blind fold on. The sodas were warm and they had been shakin up because when we opened them they exploded. The app sucks because it wouldn’t let me review on the app, so here I am. That place needs to be shut down or get different management! Just discussing!

Don’t ever touch cooked food that’s come out of an oven with bare hands, especially after wiping your face. I’m not going to say who it was. But wouldn’t you have 10 customers waiting in the lobby to get their pizzas, that’s not a good look, especially right after four pizzas have fallen out of the oven and hit the ground and you pick them up off of the ground.

I am a Regular Customer. I come to this location because my son likes the pizza.. every time I go there they have a lady that is not friendly or happy like she really hate her job… I will still come to this location. I just hope they will have better customer service and be happy 🙂

The last like 5 or so times our entire family (three different house holds) had tried to order online their app never accepts payments. When we call the store they don’t give whatever deal was online so therefore want us paying more in the end. Will not be wasting money here.

This location gets worse every time we come here their app never works. You ask for help on the app or the same discounts you would get on the app and they are unwilling to do it. We waited on hold for over a half hour before giving up and driving to this location. When we got there the staff was too busy with their music so loud and dancing around to even do their job . When we finally did get a staff member they had no clue what they were doing. Finally got irritated enough to ask for a manager and the manager was too busy dancing in the background to even help. When she finally did come to help she said every location is the same and would not help us. We ended up walking out without ordering.

Inconsistencies from pizza to pizza is ridiculous. I have gotten some fantastic pizza, and pizza I wouldn’t even give to a dog. I have no idea what is going on here, but I’d love to get at least a semi decent pizza every time. Sad to know there’s so many differences from order to order. Hopefully this gets sorted out.

Placed order and it said 11-20 min. My wife placed the order left home after about 15 min. Walked in and the guy told me it would be about 15-20 min more. Didn’t say anything. Drove my kids home, came back 20 min later and they told me 10 more min. I explained to the lady at the counter the app said 20 min tops the first time and that the other gentleman told me another 20 min so I drove home and came back. And she didn’t offer an apology, just said their app sucks and that’s the apps fault. Didn’t realize the gentleman the first time was AI. Pretty neat. At least the lady at the counter got the estimate right the third time. It did get done in 10 min, third guess was right

A word to the wise: open your pizza box before you leave the store.
This is completely unacceptable. One pizza was burned and didn’t have any sauce. Other pizzas were overcooked. As they’re putting the pizza in the box. How are they looking at the pizza and saying “oh yes I’m going to send that out”

My girlfriend’s order was made incorrectly, but when I called they were extremely professional and apologetic for the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service!
