Had the worst customer experience I’ve had with an establishment In a very very long time. I had ordered a large order earlier in the evening for my daughter’s birthday party. When we ran out of pizza I placed an online order of six more pizzas at 10:50 pm (closing time is midnight). The order would be ready at 11:08 to 11:11 so I showed up promptly at 11:10. I received a call from the store saying it would take 45 minutes for my pizzas to be ready because there was only one individual working and ” I was actually really pissed off that you placed an order at the last minute tonight.”
The worker proceeded to tell me that there was no way he could get my specialty pizzas done before closing time and that he was really flustered and upset because he was the only one there.
I quite literally had just pulled up in front of the store and could see him on the phone. I asked him what he could do for me. He said he could make me some simple pizzas quickly and refund me for my other order. He said the order could be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later my order was finally ready after witnessing the delivery man smoking on his way into the store?!?!
I took my pizzas home and to top everything off the first pizza we went to bite into had beard hair in it! Both workers had substantial facial hair and I was the lucky recipient of it!
Never again will I go to this Domino’s, which is incredibly disappointing since it’s two blocks from my house

My go-to pizza place is always punctual and takes great care of my orders. I’ve never had any issues with them. The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you’re planning to eat there, they do have tables. The location is clean, and I highly recommend it.

I went inside to get the pizza, was not greeted for 5 minutes.
I was then told it would be a few minutes.

This location has significantly gone downhill. Delivery arrived cold, there was no cheese on the pizza, and they were overcooked. The past few orders have been a disaster.

I like this location a lot compared to others. Food quality is good and I haven’t had any bad experiences over the years. Order is ready pretty spot on as far as pick up time. I haven’t tried their delivery service. Overall pretty good experiences with this location.

Do not get your pick up order here unless you want your full government name shouted loudly for the entire restaurant to hear. I know we aren’t talking about HIPAA or anything but this is dangerous information to give to anyone who can hear.

I can’t even rate the food because I never got it. I paid $45 for pizzas and wings that never came, and when I tried to call for an update/refund at around 9:00 pm they said they were closed, even though it says it is open until midnight.

This is by far the ABSOLUTE WORST Domino’s when it comes to service!! I pre-ordered 12 pizzas (4 hours in advance) to be delivered to our location (trampoline park) no later than 9 pm. I checked the tracker to see what the status was, and they barely started prepping the pizzas at 8:45 pm. I called to see what the reason was for the delay, and the manager was straight up rude. Since the jump park was closing, I asked him if we could eat there in their dine-in area, he said that it was closed. I asked if we could just eat in the parking lot, and he said we had to eat 25 feet away from their doors so we don’t interrupt the other businesses. I said fine. I asked if they could refund my delivery tip of $48 and change since we are now coming to eat in the parking lot, and they won’t be delivering the pizzas. He said he that he would have to void the whole order and redo it without the tip, but this would show a $600 dollar charge on my card pending a refund?! He then said he could compensate me by giving me ONE FREE Large 2 topping pizza. I asked him how is 1 pizza worth $48? He said that was the best he could do and then rushed me off the phone. I preplanned, tried to be accommodating, and this was the service I got from this place. We’re from Reno and we came here to Utah for Spring Break for my kids. In Reno, we order Domino’s REGULARLY and never even once received service anywhere near this!! This manager should either be fired or get customer service training. I don’t understand how a manager could be this RUDE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

Your app never works and I can’t order online either bc your website keeps crashing? So now I have to call but there’s an AI automated system to take my order (which never works) and then when I do finally get to a human, they can’t take my card over the phone and want to send me to an automated system to type it in from my phone?
I’m already hangry. I do not have time for this. I cancelled my order. Let me know when your app works again.
