I had ordered a medium pizza and was allowed up to four toppings. I asked for sausage, pepperoni and extra extra sauce as my other two toppings. I was even transferred to the store where I confirmed that there was to be extra extra sauce. Needless to say, my pizza was dry as a bone, as if it was done intentionally. So they have now lost my business permanently and I will take it elsewhere.

The customer service at this location is amazing! We rented a room for a party and Elijah was just amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. He even fixed a mistake I made, when it was completely my fault! I couldn’t believe he was so helpful, when I made a mistake with ordering. The customer service is not only incredible, the pizza was so fresh and hot! Thank you to all the employees! The store is also extremely clean, so was the party room! 10/10 recommend this location!!!

So they forgot 8 wings, we called they not only brought those 8 wings they brought us 8 extra and some Rt Beer. The Manager was so nice and professional on the phone, and whoever brought us our food both times were so nice. Our Pizza was on point. Absolutely soooo good!! Everything tasted amazing!! Thank you to the crew that made our night!

I was quoted 25 minutes and waited over an hour then I got a free medium pizza so I was fine shit happens. But then I go to claim my offer a week later and the app won’t let me so I call in and the guy didn’t know anything and offered no help so after coaxting him to get a manager and to ask for help he did. Female manager gets on the phone and tell me sorry can’t help and tells me to call the corporate/customer service number. So I do to try and redeem this free pizza and when I get ok the phone the customer service number redirected me and tells me to call the store… so not sure exactly why the manager says she can’t help me or is unwilling. Kind of frustrating and the lack of communication and unwillingness to help is what makes this a 1 star! The lack of care is wild. I even tried offering multiple solutions to try and make it work i asked if they would be willing to comp the $4 charge to make the free pizza free and she just said nope call the customer service. Not sure how they send out remakes if she can’t help at all or override a $4 charge. My pizza had no upgrades and no change of sauce and wasn’t stuffed or anything.

This place has really gone down hill in experience. They are continually messing up our orders and the manager doesn’t care to improve any experience for the Post Falls, ID on Mullan store.
They do not make the pizzas completely per detailed (leave out drizzle, ingredients) and the don’t actually ready the order for specific wing flavors just hand you some order.
I have been ordering from the same location for 4 years and this last year it’s been crappy food, less quality taste and customer service is non existent.
If you do visit the Post Falls, ID location (off Mullan and hwy 41) triple check your orders ALWAYS!

We have had several and consistent problems with this particular location. Me and my wife like to order our pizza square cut, but they are extremely inconsistent when it comes to following the special instructions. We have had to return to the store multiple times to get the correct pizza. One time we were handed a completely different pizza, different toppings and everything. They went to make a new pizza and even had the audacity to ask “is it okay if its not square cut?” HOW HARD IS IT?? we ended up waiting for over a half hour for ONE pizza.
