This ruined my night. I might be dramatic but this pizza was terrible. 18 Dollars for a burnt pizza with absolutely no sauce and if I hit it on a counter, it shatters. I have life-time geographic tongue which makes it sensitive to any damage and the pizza cut my tongue. It felt like a luke warm reheated frozen boxed pizza. Absolutely disgusting and I did not expect to spend most of my money on stale cardboard with cheese.

After the 4th occurrence it’s time for a review. We always order online for In Store pick up at least an hour later. Every time we go to pick up at set time they say they didn’t have our order and it’s not even started. We show them time stamped receipts. Then takes an additional 45 minutes to get simple cheese pizza. Really throws a kink in birthday parties ect. Staff was nice. Pizza is good,but for this to continuously happen is silly.

I ordered two specialty pizzas. I ordered the new veggie. It had almost ZERO CHEESE! almost no pizza cheese and absolutely ZERO FETA! the toppings had nothing to stick to and just fell right off! I also ordered the ultimate pepperoni and it just looked like a sad less than normal pepperoni. There wasn’t two layers of pepperoni, not cheese sandwiches in the middle ZERO ASIAGO AND OREGANO! I thought these were your specialty pizzas! Nothing special about these. They looked like they were just thrown together, no weighing, and no counting of the toppings. Some of it was burnt from big bubbles not being popped too. Which means it’s just burn dough that has zero sauce or any toppings. It’s just nasty bread.

We ordered delivery for the first time since we are new to the area, that went fine but the pizza crust was really thin and sauce didn’t have much flavor but the Canadian bacon and pinapple was good.
Wonder if the crust was proofed enough as when I worked at a domino’s long ago, if we didn’t get the dough proofed ( they call it green dough when the yeast doesn’t have time to work and so will not raise properly) then it will be thin and no flavor. Hoping our next try will go better on the flavor. Was a bummer that there was no Gluten free options so 1 of 3 people couldn’t have pizza that night. Presentation of pizza was good and they were on time. We were thankful for the delivery option out on Tom’s cabin road!

I used to work at this place for 2 years and I DO NOT order from here because of how disgusting it is. I’ve quit multiple times because of how they run things. The owner and manager do not care if we use expired dough, food, cheese, you name it we’ve used it. They have mold growing on the shelves the food sit also where the dishes sit and there’s ever dirt and dust where the CLEAN dishes go. We once went without no hot water for a full week. Which meant it was almost impossible to get the dishes clean and we washed our hands in freezing cold water!! When I worked there we had a horrible money problem, we had money missing everyday. I personally saw someone take money and sent her home and told the manager about it and all she said was “oh I’ll talk to her” and she was at work the next day handling money… this business is completely unprofessional and the people who work here don’t care about anything. If you eat here good luck to you… If i were you I’d go to papa Murphy or better yet pizza factory, don’t waste your money here.

It went great. Always caked with excessive sauce. If your like me, and don’t want to taste anything but sauce it’s awesome. Its super cool how they charge extra for those sauce haters who want to taste the pizza. Also, I love how the pizza is never cut. It allows me to cut a big piece and pass out a bunch of tiny pieces to the kids.

We had a lot going on today so we decided to order some pizza for the family. Had to wait about 45 minutes for it to be delivered which is typical not bad at all but when we got our pizza. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box, boxes were smashed and there was a FLY in the box. Called to complain and have to wait another 45 minutes to have our food made again and delivered again. This was one of the worst delivery jobs ever. Usually we always get our orders right and never make complaints but this time it was ridiculous especially having a fly in our food that we paid for!!

I received half of my full order, by the time I got the other half of the order my pizza was cold.I guess next time I’ll just prepare a frozen pizza from the grocery store.the person I spoke to at the store in Emmett pretty much said tuff luck, you should take a look at your staff.you take a good product and make it substandard worst part I paid around $18.00 with tips and fees for a small pizza.no value no standers.
