We ordered delivery tonight estimated timeframe was 15-29 minutes took an hour to get to us. When driver showed up this is how our pizzas were delivered no apology or anything. Was not very happy with tonight’s service.

I ordered a mix and match over the phone. I also asked that how much would be my total. The associate said $14. When I arrived to pick up, the total was $18 before tax. The manager said that I had ordered a specialty pizza which is more expensive. I never mentioned any specialty pizza over the phone nor the associate told about it. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager argued 5 minutes about it and threw both pizza in the trash. They maid me wait for more than 30 minutes in total. Very disappointed with this. No customer service by Camella who introduced herself as a manager.

We got the Cookie Brownies and the cookie part was pretty much Soggy and Raw… Not edible.. I called and Spoke to Jade. And She said well I can re make them for you… She didn’t understand that we was not interested in re purchasing them. I asked for a Credit back for another time and She refused.. That is Ridiculous.. she said just because I Don’t like what I ordered doesn’t mean they have to give a credit or refund. Very terrible Customer SERVICE ON HER END. AND She’s is the manager.. SMH!!! – Instead of her hearing me out she just wanted to argue and prove a point that my brownies were fully cooked. It’s NOT Her eating them and having this experience!!!! This was @ the Caldwell location off the Blvd.. Thanks a lot JADE!!
Note to Jade. I’ve had this similar experience with Pizza Hut. And they credited the same amount to my account NO PROBLEM…. Learn better Customer Satisfaction!!

I usually never have a problem when I order food from this Dominos but lately when I’ve gotten delivery its been sub par, was really excited to have my lava cakes but when I opened the box they were all squished together so that was a bit disappointing

What kinda greedy portions are these Dominoes??? The container the pasta comes in is already small to begin with and yet this thing only came 1/3 filled. I even highlighted that spot to show that even the bottom isn’t filled. If you guys don’t wanna add more chicken for the price that’s fine but pasta and sauce is not expensive, At least add more of that! The portions keep getting smaller and smaller, This is barely enough for a kids meal!

Truly the worst experience I have had and I didn’t even order any pizza. One of their delivery drivers ran a red light and made me swerve and lock up my brakes. Then proceeded to look at me like I was in the wrong. When I called to complain to the manager I was told to call back another time because she doesn’t have time to deal with it. Personally I wouldn’t usually say anything or post, but unfortunately the whole situation scared my daughter enough to make her cry. So now it is a big deal.

I love dominoes, but this experience was not awesome. I ordered my one small pizza over the phone.i even paid for it over the phone. When I got there, they said it would be a few minutes. After 30 min, they asked what my order was. They could not find it in the system. They had to start the whole order over again, reorder and pay. They said it would be done ASAP. It took another 20 min for it to be ready. I waited a whole hour for my pizza. I understand people make mistakes, but it is what you do after, and how you handle it that makes the difference. They did not offer me a discount on anything, in fact charged me more than the original price that was quoted to me on the phone. I will not be going back to this location.
