I have had a few deliveries in the last few months and they have all been disappointing. Every time I have ordered for delivery the food sits for at least 20 minutes before it says it’s on its way, then it takes twice as long to deliver. We’re maybe 10 minutes from the store. No more than 15 in traffic. A few weeks ago they left it sitting for a “quality check” for 40 minutes. Today I ordered and not only did it take twice as long as it should have, but my pizza was smashed. I wouldn’t recommend this Dominos. They also haven’t done anything to fix any of it, even after I’ve emailed their response team through the application.

Would give this 0 stars if I could. After a 2 1/2 hour fiasco of trying to get a simple order delivered to my house the night before, I ordered the next day tipping exceptionally, hoping for a better outcome. When delivered I received a box of dry, unseasoned pieces of Parmesan bread bites which should have included garlic oil and Parmesan. Never ordering from this location again

I’ve never been a huge fan of Domino’s, so I don’t know if it’s all of them or just this one but the pizza sucks (my wife likes to order from them for some God-forsaken reason). Look at the pictures and tell me I got a good Philly steak and mushroom and a good chicken bacon pizza. Where’s the freaking toppings?? Is the person making the pizza stuffing the toppings in their mouth and what falls out the sides is what gets cooked on the pizza?? Are the toppings so expensive that you can only manage an 1/8 cup on a large?? And don’t tell me it’s tarrifs because the last 2 times my wife has ordered from here (months apart) it’s been the same!! Take your business to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s, they at least know how to put toppings on a pie.

Horrible customer service and management from Kelsey (I was told was the managers name working @6:30pm on 12/30) I ordered multiple pizzas and other things tonight as I have through the app multiple times. Some how when ordering a BBQ Chicken pizza EVERY topping was requested to be removed only leaving the Jalapeños I wanted to add. WHO DOES THAT! So upon receiving the pizza I noticed and called immediately. The 1st time I was place on hold and nobody ever returned. The 2nd time i was told the managers said oh well. So I asked to be reimbursed the difference as a 1 topping pizza isn’t $20 and they said no. I wasnt asking for anything g ridiculous or unfair and it was their system that glitches! I guess I’ll be taking my pizza loving self to your competition! Jerks!

I called to place an order for Carey out. The person on the phone was obviously new. I tried to stick it out through patients, but after repeating myself numerous times after her, not being able to give me clear answers on prices, I eventually asked if I could speak with somebody else, I was told there’s nobody else that I can speak to. I said well then can I talk to a manager once the manager came on the phone? She was immediately rude to me and said “what was it that my employee couldn’t do for you” I said I truly just wanted to get my order taken, but the lack of competence from the employee made that difficult. I’m just trying to get my order taken and she said well people are new and then handed the phone back to the person that originally was taking my order. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from any establishment. The manager “Unique” needs to go through some better training because that was disgusting behavior.

Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza and dough bites from the Caldwell Domino’s, but it took around 45 minutes to get delivered. The food itself was good once it arrived the pizza was hot, cheesy, and had a nice crust, and the dough bites were sweet and soft. Still, the wait felt longer than expected for a weeknight order, especially since the tracker showed it “on the way” for almost 20 minutes. Overall, not terrible, but I’d like to see faster delivery times since the quality of the food is there. I’d probably order again but plan for a longer wait.

If David is working you’re guaranteed a perfect experience. Shout-out David. He needs more love. He took our order over the phone, with patience and added his own opinions when we asked. He made our order. And then delivered it to us all in less than 20 minutes. Aaand he was cracking jokes with us at midnight. Like my man is 45 with two 21 year olds and it was like there was no difference between us. Hes the best. Love David and his perfect pizza he made. It was made with love and care. Please give David all your love when you see him. Hes the best.
(The pizza had the perfect amount of toppings and was hot and steamy and just ahhhhhhh so so good.)
(And the suggested brownie was absolutely fire. So so good.)
