Time after time there are issues. Between 2 hour delivery delays, or they make your oder and when you check on delivery, you might find out they simply cancelled your order an hour later. Then when you try calling, they hang up on you. Awful, awful business. We’ll never use em again.

The girl working the counter tonight was a trooper and was so kind. She seemed scared and upset because of her coworkers. We placed an order for delivery and have been waiting 2 hours for our food. We tried to call & nobody was answering it said David was checking the pizza for an hour. When we went in to get out pizza we made a comment that David was checking our pizza for an hour and someone in the back, I assume David looked up with a terrible look and just looked back down and ignored us. The girl working was visibly shaken and said we should an expect a call from her manager tomorrow. The place was filled with orders. I’m leaving a bad review because we waited 2 hours, nobody took our call and the guy in the back had a horrible attitude and I think caused an issue with the front desk gal and that’s not a good environment for this young girl.

I understand that there is a labor shortage but last night’s treatment was terrible. I placed my order at 5:47 the tracker was stuck on inspection at 5:58. At 6:45 I called the store to make sure my order had been received. The kid on the line let me know that they only had one delivery driver and that it would probably be another 45 minutes until I got my order. He said I could come pick up the order and get my delivery fee refunded. I hung up and thought about that call. I called back and asked for a fresh order and I’d come pick it up. The kid said the order was still warm and would not agree to a new order. We picked up the order, it was slightly warm but not the quality you expect when ordering pizza. It was dried out and gross. The brownies were burnt. This was the last straw…will not be ordering again. This situation was handled horribly, not even a call or anything to let customers know what was going on. So sad!
