After a very rough day, I come in for a simple pizza. I was met by Maddy who recognized the day I was having and went above and beyond for me. Her service was terrific from start to finish—friendly, fast, and genuinely caring. She made sure everything was perfect, and the pizza was just as amazing as her customer service. Maddy is a true standout and deserves all the recognition.

Who doesn’t love hard almost burnt cheesy tots? Anybody? No just me.. glad I paid for something I can eat with out tasting the burnt chunks… I really just need to stop eating here. But wait it’s gets better, in my sandwich I found a chunk of plastic. Last straw for this camel. Will honestly never go back. Yes I went and got my refund and left the food on the counter. Absolutely disgusting and it’s gonna be hard eating thinking I have another chunk of plastic.

We have ordered delivery from these guys at least four times and every time something has been wrong. The first instance, we ended up waiting over an hour for our pizza to be delivered. The second instance, the pizza we received was so greasy that the cheese has slid off the pizza during the delivery drive. The third time they forgot a part of order (but they didn’t charge us so whatever we moved one. This FOURTH TIME, we ordered an Italian sandwich online for delivery WITHOUT HAM! Of course, there was ham baked into the pepperoni and cheese along with everything else. This is ridiculous. The people are nice, but their food quality is low.

Their cheese dip is so hot with no warning and it burned my nieces hands and mouth. I contacted them and they cannot find the time to respond. Their quality check / service sucks! I purchased extra salad dressing or dipping sauces and they never manage to make it in the bag. I’m done being the idiot that gives them free money that I work hard for while don’t care!

Never has sauce , and when calling to ask I was told by assistant manager that it has plenty she made it herself , picture shown for proof spent over $60 and got dried noodles and a attitude from the so called manager and who can u complain to when it’s privately owned
