While there is limited places to get food in Montpelier, the Domino’s Did not disappoint.
The staff is polite and prompt. I left equipped with delicious food, as well as, a plate, napkins, and a 12 oz. plastic Domino’s cup for my 25 miles drive back to Fish Haven, ID. Home of the biting giant mosquitos. But that is another review.

Fantastic corner location with competitive prices locally which we need! Ordered chicken wings, tots, pizza and the cinnamon twist bread things, the pizza is the best one in town by far, wings are ok, cinnamon bread was really good and so were the tots! They have great energy and make you leave with a smile.

I ordered a large pepperoni with black olive onions and mushrooms plus a medium stuff crust pepperoni. Was supposed to get a text when it was done. I got one saying it would be 8 to 10 min. I waited In parking lot and never got the text so after 15 more minutes I went in. There was only 1 person working who was very nice he had the pizza so I paid and went home. Got home had a plain large cheese pizza which I would have never ordered. Just cheese made for a soggy pizza. The medium stuffed crust pizza was right. I looked at what I ordered online and all of the toppings weren’t there anymore. So I’m sure it wasn’t the nice person working fault and it’s a problem with app. Also it would be sure nice if he had some help at dinner time. That is a little much for 1 person to do alone. There was other people picking up orders too. Poor guy.

So far it’s been 53 minutes. The pizza is mediocre. One time I ordered from this domino’s and I ordered Dr. Pepper and the soda was flat. All the fizz was gone. Today I order almost 1 hour and still haven’t gotten a pizza and nobody’s answers the phone.
The service is constantly changing and sometimes the pizza is good and other times it is terrible. It would be nice if the domino’s has some consistency.

Sam at the front take my order, when it little miss up, Sam ask what wrong with my pizza I told I didn’t order a pizza, he already remembered what order and Sam fix the problem before I could them him I didn’t order this pizza. Second time there. Sam is a great customer service and I loved he remembered what I order. If you want amazing help just ask for sam. P.s. The food was decent but the delivery driver (Erica) was absolutely horrible to my kids when they answered the door. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had with her either. She acts like she hates her job and acts like it’s our fault she has to do it. The best thing Dominos could do is get rid of her.

Best Dominos this side of the Mississippi. Great customer service, friendly attitudes, and clean bathrooms. The Saturday night crew tonight was top-notch and should be proud of the amazing service they gave to each customer before me. I wish all Dominos locations had this team behind their counters.
