It was the worst pizza I’ve ever gotten from them. We ordered the extravaganza with pineapple. We wanted hand tossed we got the thin crispy crust. There was very very little meat on it. Mainly onions and green peppers. The quality has really gone down hill. So sad. We Loved their pizza. We won’t order from them again. The delivery driver was so nice

Delivered a pizza with a slice missing out of it. The manager didn’t seem to care. We did get ” a credit”.
The no name manager wasn’t upset by this at all.
They used to be our favorite.
Corporate should look into this practice.

Waited over 45 minutes for my order that I had placed 3 hours prior for carside delivery. Every time I tried to get an employees attention they would ignore me. Ended up having to leave without what I paid for. Take your buisness elsewhere. We’ll see if they actually refund it.

On the plus side their complaint resolution is really pretty good, but I suppose they wouldn’t need it to be if they learned to pop the bubbles in the crust while the pizzas are cooking. Either that or to fix it before they cut it while the cheese is still movable. Come on guys, it’s really not that hard to pop or fix bubbles, yet more often than not, my pizza from this location is almost always seriously bubbly

It took nearly 20 minutes for Tyler to quality check it today and it wasn’t even cut properly. The pieces wouldn’t come apart very well. It also took Corbin about double the time it would’ve taken us to just drive there ourselves for him to deliver to us. It wasn’t even a busy time during the day.

I love Domino’s Pizza. But I hate them at the same time. Especially when they deliver a pizza with something on it I did not ask for and I am allergic to. This has happened on the last two orders I have made. The first was for a friend who was staying with us and we ordered a gluten free crust because she has celiac disease and now yesterday I asked for chicken and olives and got chicken, olives and bacon. I am Hebrew and do not eat pork. I guess Domino’s really don’t give a dam about their customers anymore. It’s sad because they have the best flavored pizza in the country. I am thinking about the waisted money and pizza we had to throw into the garbage can because either an allergy or a religion. Oh yes, if you complain to the store about it, they belittle you and make you feel like you have to look up to a worm.
I am afraid that I will need to drive 40+ miles if I want to have a pizza, because MR. pizza and now Domino’s is out of the question here in Blackfoot Idaho
