Got this coupon for a free 2 topping pizza. Delivery only. Guess what? The minimum delivery fee is $15.00. I called the store and they wont honor a in store pick up…. so a “free” 2 topping pizza is really $15.00??? I dont mind paying the “delivery fee” and tip but cmon. How is this not false advertising even with the “legal” disclosure… what a joke!

Tonight I ordered a large 3 topping pizza there was maybe 2 pieces of sausage on each slice if that there was more olives on there than the green pepper. If your going to be paying $13.

We used their party room for our daughter’s 11th birthday party. It is clean, accessible, has good food and has a private restroom for the guests. We had about 22 people and there was room for more (up to 28). We brought cake, ice cream and a craft/games. 2 hours later, it was a hit! Especially for a winter birthday on a Sunday evening! We spent a little over $110 on food/becerages, and tipped $28 because they earned it, plus cleaning the room for us after. Thanks Domino’s!

NOV 2025- 3 times we have placed online order, call in 45 min – hour later, and they never started it! 3 times you guys. Are you kidding me? C’mon. This time sent in my son, and they (AGAIN) hadnt started the pizza. Time to take another break from Dominos with 3-strikes youre out policy! ♀️ bad business ♀️
FEB 2024- After recently committing to retrying Dominos, our last THREE ORDERS have been wrong, and our last order of stuffed cheesy bread was flatter than a pizza crust and nothing inside. Dominos response to entire orders being messed up is to give ONE free pizza to compensate entire order. Since we are not able to get refund of the actual cost, its not worth the time, money, or hassle.

Sept 12th, 2021- ordered pizza on the app to pick up in store. App said our pizza was ready, and to “check in on app, skip the line, and go straight to the counter” when we arrive. (Have screenshot of app)
NO ONE in the whole place would acknowledge us, not even they LADY AT THE REGISTER. I tried to speak to her, but was completely ignored.
Luckily my daughter knew someone inside and was able to get her to hand us our PAID ORDER.
Apparently they are only doing curbside pick up only, BUT WE WERE ONLY DOING AS INSTRUCTED. No signs on the door, no instruction when we got there.
I HAVE NEVER gotten such a blatant cold shoulder from staff in 30 yrs.
Safe to say I am no longer concerned pizza at Dominos. We have other pizza joints in town.

Ordered their new stuffed crust in a supreme, and picked it up.. got home and it was under baked. Let me tell you, they made it right and delivered it to me, even suggesting that I check the ” well done” box on my next order to prevent future issues. Great customer service! The pizza they remade was perfect!!

Ordered 6 pizzas, 5 of them were wrong. Was credited for our next order.
Next time, ordered, and the status never changed. Order wasn’t in the oven because an order of 50 pizzas was turned in and they misplaced it. I waited the additional 30 minutes.
Next time, same thing. Said our pizza was being prepped for 35 minutes, they had lost the ticket and never made it, said it would be 30 minutes so we cancelled.

We got done with a time consuming task. We barely made it to Dominos to order carry out before they were getting ready to clean up and close. And they were so patient with me knowing that I have
not previously downloaded the app and that I had too create an account before I could place my order and they never made me feel like an inconvenience and I just know that the, Parmesan stuffed cheese crust Extravaganza and the little Chocolate Lava Cakes will be Devine as always ❤️
