Got to the drive thru a little early and they had me pull around. I was thankful for Tara whom was attentive and brought the pizza out to me as soon as it was finished. Nice, love that the option to not get sauce has been completely removed (cant have tomatoes and your other sauces taste awful). Though I suppose its no real loss considering yall cant even get a simple pizza of cheese and pepperoni right to begin with 3/4 times. PizzaHut knows how to follow instructions at least.

The new manager in Torrington is a woman and she was wonderful! The man who delivered is also a manager, and he and the driver tonight were absolute professionals and sweethearts. I was so grateful for the delicious food and their kindness!
When we ordered a few weeks ago on a Saturday afternoon, I asked the male delivery driver with brown hair and glasses if my $5 was a sufficient tip (I’m very nice until you p!$$ me off) and he gave me an attitude and said it was okay. The young, skinny, female brunette delivery driver several weeks before, was equally rude with a bad attitude (and I tipped her.)
I reported both these delivery drivers and their behavior to the new manager and she was very apologetic and assured me that this would never happen again.
I explained that I have been a female Lyft Driver in Denver, CO, and that I often receive no tips at all. What I wouldn’t give for a $5 tip! And I would never dream of treating my passengers/customers with anything but professionalism and respect.
I also use to deliver pizza in Denver and am now Disabled, and would give anything to be able to work a regular job. Please remember not to take that privilege for granted (and please take this as the lesson in the blessing, not a mean lecture. We all deserve the opportunity to learn and grow.)
I genuinely appreciated the apology and respect from the new managers at Torrington, WY Dominoes. We are a a small town and desperately need the reliable service. For that you get my 5-Stars across the board!

We ordered 2 pizzas via the Domino’s app on a Tuesday evening at 5:30pm. Around 6:19 pm I called to check on our order. The young man that answered the phone stated they had closed 20 minutes ago and hung up. I called back and spoke to a gentleman who informed me they were having their Christmas party and they were indeed closed, I mentioned we had ordered at 5:30 to which I was told he had called to tell us he had to change the order from delivery to carryout and that whomever had answered the phone had canceled the order. The cancelation notice we received was via the app, no such phone call took place. Very disappointing.

i never got my food and they refused to give a refund to me. i would’ve 100% heard i had the front door open the whole time with the screen door and i also would’ve heard/seen if my food was stolen. i’m beyond frustrated because i ain’t gettin my money back. don’t tell them your surroundings make them tell you when your on the phone because I don’t believe anything they said when I told them the surroundings and they confirmed.
