The workers are awesome-food is a struggle. The recipes are consistent. The issue is the last 3 times my order has been wrong. And we would call, get a free pizza, all is well. We could tell that they were starting to think we were scamming-and I don’t blame them however the order was just wrong! This time around-food looked great. Order was correct-I got plastic in my food. I’m sharing a photo because I wouldn’t believe me either if I called one more time. Going to find a new ‘go too’ because they cannot seem to get it right.

I really try not to leave negative reviews but when you are offering a service please don’t half ass it. My order was incorrect. Items I asked to be removed from a pizza were not. I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Leaving our dipping sauces out It’s kind of frustrating. And I highly recommend delivering with napkins, hot peppers and parmesan with all orders. Do better. We work hard for our money.

So many times their online ordering is “down,” but only because they disable it. These franchise restaurants with app ordering systems can pick and choose their sales and when they allow online ordering. Yet again, you’ve lost a $100+ sale for a couple specialty pizzas and some wings, Domino’s. Your local owner must be proud. Because your staff doesn’t want you to have money or your app developer back-end team is incompetent, I went with Papa John’s because they know what they’re doing, so I ordered there instead. I saved some money too and spent about $80 instead.

Driver named Solomon delivered my food to a house around the corner not even on the same street as me no other driver has ever messed up a delivery so I knew the manager was just making stuff up. The manager was less than helpful called it a mistake the real mistake was me wasting my money and time and I tipped like an idiot. I didn’t make it a problem because I run a store and I get it but when my people mess up I make it right for my customers I don’t spew off bs and expect the customer to be ok with it.

This is my second time ordering food through delivery, and both times, the phone has been passed around to multiple people to clarify address, number name and such. being told “their being rude” and passes the phone to another person. they then asked about my caller id name and questioned the name i personally gave them. Comprehension is 0.the delivery driver also questioned me on wanting my change back? i’m sorry i tip for service but this was absolutely horrible service it was almost like he expected us to tip i absolutely planned on tipping him up until it was even a question on wanting my change back. on top of that we we voiced the concerns to the manager in which we were met with an okay sorry that was your experience we weren’t looking for anything of any sort other than to try and avoid something like this from happening again and seemed like there was no care to even try.

I will never ever order from this company again. One medium pizza should not have cost $40. Tiny pizza with bare minimum of ingredients. I would rather buy a grass fed steak. Fast food is not healthy and is more expensive than real food. Thanks for making me more healthy.

Shop has always been pleasant and helpful, and also knew when to give people a little space. making visiting there very neighborly-ish.
I know when my food is ready, it is close by and apparently I am not allergic to their really good pizza’s whereas it is a roll of the dice with others… potato starch of all things.

Went on Superbowl Sunday and all of the workers were diligent and efficient. Super busy night for them but it seems that everyone was on top of their game, coming from a former food service worker.
