My family likes dominos so even though I’m not a huge fan we eat there usually every week. I recently started ordering the New York style crust w extra sauce and cheese. This was a delicious gooey mess. I finally found something I liked there. Tonight I ordered this pizza and the crust was thicker and it had less sauce and cheese making it very dry. I returned to the store and the manager refused to refund it because he personally made that pizza. He said if it was different than the other times I’ve ordered it, it was probably made incorrectly previously by a trainee. So basically the trainees make better pizza than the managers. This was at the Camino Del Rio location.

Good food.
They have a young short guy working there who streams endless “untruths” a mile a dang minute.
Enough to make our ears bleed.
If he’s that way in a room full of strangers just imagine being alone with this kid.
Next time we’ll try for the location uptown, but that was genuinely unsettling and it needed to be said.

I keep trying because this is the only delivery option for where I live but at this point I would have a better time trying to eat out of my dumpster. And it would be quicker. The last pizza I got was entirely bread bubbles with a bit of toppings in between. I’m done eating your leftover cardboard, Domino’s. It’s been like this or worse every time I’ve tried. Go anywhere else.

General manager did not make food correct to order, refused to fix it. And when I called seemed to already know she did not put steak that I ordered and paid for on the pizza. Used the excuse that my order glitched but before I asked the question knew what I was going to say. I should have been told but I paid extra for the toppings that I did not receive. She might not even be the general manager. Horrible service and disappointed. Pepperoni pizza was cold when I got home and looks dried out. And I tipped big mistake.

You know I’d give it a zero based off my experience tonight. I’m not one to eat at dominoes often but tonight I let my babies choose dinner. I usually am one to be very understanding especially when a restaurant is short staffed just due to my own personal F&B experience. I ordered at 6:36 with expectations for my order to be ready in 18-20 minutes like stated when submitting my order, mind you I live 35 minutes away meaning they were given an extra 15 minutes on top of promised time. When arriving I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes (no problem). Where the problem arises is when I show back up 35-40 minutes later (giving an extra grace period) and them trying to send me on my way with an incomplete order, informed them I was missing a pizza when the main crew said “DAMNIT that other pizza was….” (obviously mine) and given to another family. So was only offered to wait another 10-15 minutes for the last pizza to complete my order. This is where your level of customer service comes in handy, I am truly disappointed in the lack of accountability that was taken. Not only wasted my money but my time and what I thought would be a quick easy dinner was a complete disaster. I wish I could get my money back because I truly wasted it tonight. Cheese Pizza cold, pepperoni pizza burnt and kids unhappy. I asked for the managers information and was given the runaround with no answers to get ahold for a proper refund. Spend your money elsewhere it’s not worth it.

The deal is that when you have a timed order…it’s normally really close to done when you arrive….i orders 12 pizzas 2.5 hr in advance and when I arrived they had not even started making them.
I was told that they were busy, yet the hustle is absolutely non existent.
Dang….they told me if they make them too soon they will be cold…..
But you aren’t making them at all!
Avoid this one at all costs…

I ordered at 4:15 pm to pick up at 5:15 pm. I showed up 10 minutes early to find only two people working on a Saturday night. When I told them my name for the order I was told it would be 45 more minutes at the least, then the guy showed me his order screen and said, “all these orders are in front of you.” There were no pizzas in the oven I could see right through it, there were no cars in the parking lot or other people waiting for their pizzas that should have also been 35 minutes behind schedule. When I explained that I had driven 40 minutes from my house to pick this up and no one else was standing there, or in the parking lot waiting for their order, he just said, “sorry” very non-shelantly. I could not wait around in town that long for it to be ready, so I just canceled my order and drove 40 minutes home empty handed.
This location has been short staffed every time I order from them. Either they won’t pay a decent wage, have horrible manangement or just don’t care…..

Ordered online. 30 minutes later was told it would be another 30 minutes. Some guy was picking up 2 tall stacks of pizzas. I guess 1 huge catering order is more important than people on there lunch break. If I ran the store I would only work on the catering order between the regular stuff. Makes more sense to me.

I placed the order online for pick-up an hour later. After I got to the store I was notified in person they did not have the toppings I ordered. I choose a different option. That’s when my order was started. So I waited. Domino’s Pizza on the whole seem to be lacking something they used to have. Oh yeah toppings on the pizza
