Had to Mobile Order in a $37 order, and not only did it Not show up ready, they had to remake a pizza because they made it wrong; as a result, we had to wait an EXTRA 20 minutes for our pizza order. At that point, my thin Crust pizza was missing a topping that I looked past because I was too hungry to care. Tonight is the second time I’ve had to drive to the store to pick up my delivery order because they couldn’t find our house. Tonight they said they knocked on our door while my family was in the living room, never mind we have a ring doorbell that sends an alert to our phones, that never showed any activity at our door. When I picked up my order, they tried to tell me that our doorbell is shorting out and they didn’t know what to tell me. Still charged for delivery after I picked it up 2 hours after we placed the order. My advice is pay the little bit extra for Papa’s pizza down the road.

We decided to try the Pacific Veggie pizza and it was delicious! The hand-tossed crust was great and the pizza was covered with lots of fresh veggies and cheese. The garlic bread twists were wonderful, too! Super friendly staff and the place is very clean. Highly recommend!

Last night we ordered delivery service and it was late but order went through and the tracker said it had been delivered except that was not the case. We called the store and we said we would go there and pick it up and then when we got there there were no lights on and we could see them inside the store but they were ducking for cover if you will. No answer and they knew we were on our way. Very, very, very disappointed with the way they handled the whole order on the night it was placed. But the next day we called and talked to manager and they were awesome! Gave us our order for free and delivered it! I hope the manager talks to the other manager/crew and let’s them know that it was totally up unprofessional the way they handled that order and let them know how they corrected the wrong. Thank you!
