I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra chicken. There is absolutely no chicken on this sandwich lots of sauce and barely any cheese. Customer service is great but I order this sandwich just about every week hoping it will have more to it. Is it really worth the $8 and change. Guess not.

Tracker app said everything was ready for pick up we get there and they are just putting our pizza in I guess there was some mistake. They hand us the order and every item was covered in Greece we didn’t realize how bad it was til we drove home when my seats were soaked through with Greece. They were unwilling to refund my order. I will have to drive through a snow storm tomorrow to prove with pictures that it was indeed my entire order that was messed up to get anything resolved. I order nearly weekly and never had this problem but there unwillingness to fix this to my satisfaction is worth saying something. If they refund my money I’ll take this down. They are lucky I’m not asking for them to get my car fixed tbh.

Stopped here on our trip from El Paso to North Dakota. Everything was great! James, in particular, was just wonderful—super helpful and caring, friendly and went above and beyond. So I ordered a carry out The guy at the drive-through asked me if I want to add a tip to it? I don’t think that bam pizza or Ben or Cody ever trained any of the employees on asking drive through customers to tip. In fact i know which BAM module its in, you don’t ask. I don’t think a driver, or ever a server has ever come at me demanding a tip, anywhere. Usually it’s offered if the customer feels you earned it. Like say you drove it to my house in your vehicle, using your gas, making less than miniwage, sure. But in a situation where I’m doing the delivery to myself, I feel I have earned the tip and I will start asking your employees in store to tip me if this is the standard? I cannot believe a Team Bailey employee would act in such fashion, what an embarrassment

If I could rate this place is zero I would. The pizza is mediocre. There is better pizza coming out of Sam’s Club and gas stations. Keep up the good work!
