Because the online order didn’t work, I drove to Dominos myself. When I entered the store, the employees were already very busy, but unfortunately my server was not very friendly and impatient. I wanted to order, but she immediately said there would be a 45 minute wait. OK, I had to clarify whether we still wanted pizza. When I clarified this, I asked if they could deliver it? Why didn’t I order online? But that didn’t work. OK, they deliver, I ordered 1 Parmesan Crust Philly Cheese Steak and 1 Parmesan Crust Extravagan ZZa. After about an hour the pizza arrived. When we opened the Extravagan we were pleasantly surprised and it was really tasty. But with the Philly Cheese Steak, where was the topping? It was just cheese, you had to search for the rest. That’s a shame. Despite the many good reviews, we decided on Dominos and were unfortunately disappointed again. The only really positive experiences were the Extravagan and the lady who brought us the pizza. In the photos you can see how good and how bad the pizza was topped and a picture of Domino’s should look like a Philly.

This is honestly unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered wings and got either barely any sauce or no sauce. I started to order sauce on the side to be prepared for this. Ever since the new general new general manager they do this with topping or the sauces. Try to ask for more sauce but get told they have to “measure” it but it doesn’t even look like they do that. Honestly just feel like the general manager wants to get the biggest bonus that he can. I’ve managed at Dominos before so this is just wrong. Their wings ain’t cheap.

Tracker app said everything was ready for pick up we get there and they are just putting our pizza in I guess there was some mistake. They hand us the order and every item was covered in Greece we didn’t realize how bad it was til we drove home when my seats were soaked through with Greece. They were unwilling to refund my order. I will have to drive through a snow storm tomorrow to prove with pictures that it was indeed my entire order that was messed up to get anything resolved. I order nearly weekly and never had this problem but there unwillingness to fix this to my satisfaction is worth saying something. If they refund my money I’ll take this down. They are lucky I’m not asking for them to get my car fixed tbh.

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings on new year’s eve. Delivery to holiday inn express. Two hours later. I get chicken nuggets, which were cold and a cold pizza. It just sucked. The food and delivery. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with extra chicken. There is absolutely no chicken on this sandwich lots of sauce and barely any cheese. Customer service is great but I order this sandwich just about every week hoping it will have more to it. Is it really worth the $8 and change. Guess not.

Stopped here on our trip from El Paso to North Dakota. Everything was great! James, in particular, was just wonderful—super helpful and caring, friendly and went above and beyond. He even went put of his way to be kind and interact with my Autistic daughter. Food came out quickly, and was fresh and tasted great. Wonderful experience all around!!

Passing through Trinidad with my wife, was going to get a pizza from this location. Didn’t feel safe though. We noticed the employees were out side smoking and drinking alcohol, transients were hanging around the establishment. Whoever is running this dominos either needs to show up to work and fix this, or work somewhere else.
