Food is always great.
The boy manager Damon is awesome! Not one time that I have come in and he has helped me I have had an issue. Always on top of it and happy to awnser questions I have even when he is making food by himself. Really recommend this location if you’re looking for customer service. Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s a pizza place what do you expect! Not cardboard like little ceasers so it’s worth it 100%

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at Domino’s. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store, I found that my order hadn’t even been started. What should have been a quick pickup turned into an hour-long wait.
To make matters worse, the employee at the counter didn’t even print the ticket to begin the order until I arrived. Throughout my time there, the staff in the back seemed more focused on having inappropriate conversations than on doing their jobs.
This location clearly lacks professionalism. If the employees don’t want to work, there are plenty of other businesses hiring. I recommend going to a different Domino’s if you want a better experience.

0 stars. This store used to be the best pizza in Pueblo, but over the last year or so they’ve gone downhill. Our last 3 consecutive orders have been screwed up (2 were fixed) but this order today was not fixable. I ordered a pizza with NO red bell peppers on it and lo and behold they were on there. To make matters worse, the pizza crust (thin) was not cooked completely and all the toppings slid off when you tried to grab a slice. I went to the store and showed Anna the manager the pizza as it was and asked for a refund. Anna stated their system would not allow her to give me a refund but she could give me a credit for a pizza and free dessert the next time I ordered, or they could remake the pizza. I told her I wouldn’t be ordering from Domino’s Pizza ever again due to the consistent problems encountered with their food quality. I asked for a refund again and was told their system would not allow her to refund the money for the pizza. I am escalating this issue to Domino’s Pizza corporate office for resolution.

Ordered two pizzas and they are do burnt so I called and they said I have to wait an hour and a half because they are behind. That’s crazy to mess up my pizza then tell me i have to wait longer take care of your customers especially the ones you mess up. Never ordering from them again

I ordered at 810 PM, got the notification that my food was prepared at 812 PM so I left because the store is about 15 minutes from my house. I went in at 840 PM because my app updated to say that my pizza went in. So my pizza was sitting on the counter for almost 30 minutes before being put into the oven. If I wanted stale ingredients I would have went to the grocery store and bought a frozen pizza for 1/4 of the price. Other customers were also going inside from being there before me and they only left 3 minutes before I FINALLY got my food. Whoever i spoke to inside was rude and offered no apologies, like not a single sorry. The kid who brought me my food after the ridiculous wait did say sorry for the wait so at least the KID was nice but the full grown ADULT man I spoke to inside was rude and standoffish. I have reported to corporate because if you cant keep up, stop accepting orders, simple.

We ordered our pizza for pick up at 730 for 845 we did not receive our order until 910 while we waited outside. Then got home to discover they did not put any sauce on either pizza very disappointing

Has went downhill recently. All 4 of my last orders were incorrect, in one way, or another.
This last time, when I spoke to the manager, she told me that she is the one that made my order, and she knows they were fine. Sandwiches had almost no toppings, and one was burnt to black.
I will no longer be doing business with this location.

They came to the rescue because I had to do a cash order. The pizzas were really fresh and hot and looked good. The Parmesan bites were FRESH FRESH and so light and fluffy and better than I remember. Jeremiah was our delivery guy and I absolutely love his energy. Keep up the good work guys.

We were visiting Pueblo last night and decided to order delivery. When we ordered through our app it said it’d be 45 minutes for delivery. Pizza got to us almost one hour and 30 minutes later. We asked the delivery person what was going on and he said they were too busy. When we told him we’d like a discount he said we had to talk to the manager, who would be in the next day. Today I called and after a third attempt I finally got through and spoke with one of the managers. Who said my app said it would take an hour and a half for delivery. I never think of taking screenshots of the app, but I might from now on. I understand being busy, but at least be apologetic. I too work in customer service, and that was unacceptable. Our pizza got there barely warm and after my grandkids had already gone to bed. Never ordering from this particular place again.
