I appreciate your gluten free crust option! But how do I pay for a meatzilla pizza and there is no meat on it. Not even a little. The pizza was also ordered GF, but since the meat was left out I dont think I can trust the crust being the right one. 25 dollars is alot of money for a 10 inch pizza for it to be wrong. Its late at night and idw call and bug. But still.

I am so appreciative of the Black Forest dominos. I made on online pizza order for my kids for lunch while with a babysitter. My babysitter called saying the pizza was not delivered. I panicky called dominos letting them know the order was not delivered. They quickly delivered another pizza. Come to find out the babysitter didn’t hear the doorbell and the original pizza was on the porch. Thank you dominos for taking care of me and my panic while at work. I greatly appreciate the customer service even when it was NOT your fault for the mix up.

Whoever made my pizza on August 6th at 1050pm last night, I appreciate you so much, that pizza was fuego and even the wings, definitely was one of the best and it hit the spot, and to Nicholas that delivered it THANK YOU SO MUCH for lightly knocking my dog would have lost his mind if he heard, i was holding him waiting for it lol

Paying it forward after benefiting from exceptional customer service. On 10/25, called and spoke to Jonathan to place an order. I believe he said he was the asst gen mngr. He then said he’d be delivering. Upon delivery, not only would he not accept the tip I had for him, he also gifted me a 2-liter Sprite as well as paper plates, utensils, napkins, cheese/pepper packets. Unsure what I did that caused this hospitality, but Jonathan most certainly deserves a promotion. Very impressed with his customer service!

Ordered at 7:10 p.m. App showed that order would be ready by 7:20. Got to the store by 7:25 and was told that the pizza was in the oven, so waited until 7:30. Was then told the pizza was just going to the oven. Waited at the window for another 10 minutes and saw our pizza and cheese bread sitting on a shelf that entire time. Three different crew members and one manager looked at the receipt and nobody seemed to figure out that it was our order, even though it had my name on it. Finally someone figured it out and gave it to us. Pretty ridiculous. The manager offered us one 20 oz soda for our 30 minutes of extra waiting (they had us drive around the building 3 times as other people kept coming to the window to pick up their orders). We declined as we just had to get home at that point.

Costumer service has always been nice. Food on the other hand is always I mean always under sauced. I even ask for extra sauce on the pizza and get marinara on the side. The pizza is very dry just cheese and toppings. When we order the pasta some problem not enough sauce so we ask for extra and they add it on top after it’s baked so it’s not mixed in and not hot. One last thing we live 2.2 miles away and the app and automated system says we are out of the delivery zone. So I’m not receiving any points when I have to call in every time.

I wanted to like my food but. I asked for pizza to be well done, light cheese and cut into square and I got done of that. Chicken wing had little to no sauce on it. Pizza looked good, tasted ok.

Horrible service 11/30/25 – placed and order for pickup via drive through at 6:30pm, the car in front of me was serviced and despite pulling up right after them, multiple employees pass by the pickup window, look out at my car, and keep walking by for the next 10 minutes. Even after honking and more people looking right at me, I have to drive around and pick up my now dry pizzas from a store with no customers, and like 8 employees just yacking it up.

I ordered a small two topping pizza to be delivered to my home. The app said it would take between 17 minutes and 29 minutes, and the pizza was out of the oven within about 12 minutes. I then proceeded to wait 32 minutes until my driver got to my home. I waited 44 minutes for my pizza. And my trapping app was kind of buzzing out, but when I could see my app, my driver was in random parts of the community around my neighborhood. I was a little upset, but without me even having to reach out, Domino’s sent me a free medium two topping pizza coupon as an apologies. Thank you!
