I ordered a two topping handmade pan pizza with pepperoni bacon and light red sauce. When I got the pizza it literally had no red sauce at all! It was cheese bread and toppings! So I called sent a picture and had it remade, they remade it my girlfriend picked it up but when she made it to me, it was made the EXACT same way! All I tasted was cheese bread and toppings, I called back again and told whomever the female cashier answering the phone about my problem and she informed me that she made the pizza herself and I requested light sauce and she measured it out to 1.5 oz and blah blah blah! That’s not the point! If I order a pizza and complain about not being able to taste the sauce just bread cheese and toppings that means PUT SAUCE ON THE PIZZA! I’m clearly traumatized and have had a pizza where it’s drowned in red sauce so I’m trying to avoid that situation by saying light! I don’t know how many ounces of red sauce comes with each option!! Horrible customer service! Will not be going here ever again!

This clerk didn’t even know how. Even after it was clear that I paid, he seemed lost in space
He should have handed me the
pizza right away but instead kept
fumbling around, at the point of
sale system
This order was part of a Nationwide
Promo. It’s disgraceful to make a
pizza this badly. It doesn’t look
anything like their ads online

Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with extra buffalo sauce on a Sunday night. When we sat down to eat, one slice was taken before we realized there was no buffalo sauce on the pizza whatsoever. It completely ruined the flavor without the buffalo sauce (way too creamy) so no one else took a slice. I called back the next morning to inform them, and was greeted with a “manager” who said the best she could do was offer a $5 credit. I said the pizza was not eaten, was made incorrectly, why would they only refund a third of the price I paid? I even still have the pizza to prove it was made incorrectly, why would I get any less than a refund? This “manager” then said it’s their policy not to refund, and that they could only provide a store credit. I asked how it made sense that they would hold onto my money after they incorrectly made a pizza, and she said that’s their policy.
I said I know how POS systems work and I know they can refund my money to which she replied she would be ending the call for foul language? WHAT?!? I hadn’t used any foul language and was just trying to get a refund for the pizza they made incorrectly. I asked for the supervisors name so I could call back and speak with him, to which she refused to answer? I asked her what her name was so I could reference this call going forward, which she refused that as well. In her words, she was “not going to give me that information”. How is anyone supposed to take accountability!?!

I normally love this location, but I was highly disappointed in the loaded tots this time. We ordered a medium 2 topping pizza (which was great), and the loaded bacon tots. The tots are normally my favorite, but when I opened the box, there wasn’t even a full order there!! I order these ALLLL the time, so I know what they are supposed to look like, and it literally looked as though 1/3 of it was missing. You could see the grease on the paper where the tots were SUPPOSED to be, but its like it was removed. I was highly disappointed, as this was what I was looking forward to the most, and I got ripped off. I paid for a FULL order of loaded tots, not 2/3, and i didn’t even call to complain, bc this location never likes to admit when something was done wrong.

Bad. This was once the best Domino’s in Colorado if not in the US. Count this as something else taken out by COVID? Last night they delivered the worst pizza I have ever had. Only about half of the pizza actually had sauce on it. My baked sandwich was not baked much and very dry. Thanks for nothing, no I don’t want a replacement. Replacing a bad pie with what, another bad pie. Very disappointed. Never again.

The extra star can only be attributed to how kind and professional all the people working were. It’s unfortunate for them that they have to work in a place where every time the door opens, a RACIST JINGLE is chosen to alert the employees of someone entering the lobby. If I noticed before I paid I would have walked out and not spent my money at an establishment that clearly supports racism or just thinks it’s funny which will never be okay. Weird environment and an extremely unprofessional and conscious choice made by the GM/Owner. Definitely lost my appetite and made my jaw drop simultaneously.

Just got the chewy-est pizza I’ve ever had. I wondered how my food got delivered like 10-15 minutes after I ordered. Appalling, don’t even feel like eating this. The chicken bites taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp all day. Nasty. I wish I would have read reviews instead of blindly ordering, I would have ordered elsewhere.
