Corporate America has the franchise lying about delivery times because if it’s late they get in trouble by the corporation. The tracker is absolutely useless because every store is lying so the numbers look better and I’m outside standing in the cold waiting for it for 10 minutes. Wow! I cannot believe this dominoes. We order last night and they cannot get an order to us. We order again tonight and the order comes with anemic (to be gracious) toppings. Call manager, no resolution no apology. As busy as this location is you would think they are on it. They are not even close. Find somewhere else to get food.

I’ve been using this location since moving here over a year ago. We use them 1-2 times a week bc our daughter is a celiac and loves their gluten free pizza. They are always fast and the only time they’ve messed our order up was last week which they quickly fixed and gave me the messed up order as well. The workers are always very friendly and in a great mood.

I came in paid cash for an order.
It is NOT the employees fault, but I had to wait two hours for a pizza and bread bites.
They had us write our names down and numbers on a paper, not sure what’ll happen next. About 20 of us were there. The manager did hook me up for a freebie out of the mess up orders. The goof up order was actually extremely tasty.
I paid cash and I guess it wasn’t able to be refunded, but I’m happy with the extra pizza.

Good pizza yes! But I live literally under half a mile and I cannot believe I paid $25 for a medium thin crust pepperoni even the delivery driver said something about that. He thought it was kind of whack.. so if I’m going to continue ordering from you guys I need it to be like 10 bucks like the delivery driver side.. that pizza should have been five bucks

I waited for nearly 30 minutes for a medium pizza and a Parmesan bread twist the bread twist did not come with the lid and the pizza was very cold. The delivery person did not put that pizza warmer box bag thing when I called the store to complain, they offered me a full refund or a store credit was completely surprised on how professional and supportive and caring the staff was.
