This location always feels like a disappointment, and I’m an old employee of dominos from not even a year ago. My pizza today wasn’t even fully cut there’s a whole piece just unsliced, and can’t even pull the pizza apart and that’s so unacceptable, should be able to actually grab the pizza to eat it and now it’s a half ripped mess.

I ordered a thin crust honey bbq pizza with chicken bacon and mushrooms. On the order it states that I didn’t want robust red sauce that I wanted honey bbq. Paid for delivery and when I received my pizza the bbq sauce was then just squeezed across the pizza instead of spread. Parts of the pizza had no cheese. When you picked up the pizza box the pizza was sliding around sounding like sand paper on card board. I then called to make a complaint and the guy that answered that phone stated that order said no sauce was selected for the pizza. I pulled up my app and went to orders. I then read to him the order that he was able to see also. I said it says no robust red sauce n place was the honey bbq. The guy then says oh I see it now, and also proceeded to say well I doubt that the pizza has no sauce. We then take the pizza up to dominos we stated that we wanted the pizza replaced. They guy takes the pizza and begins to make us a new one. The guy turns around annd ansked if this was enough sauce. I told him yes but can you spread it around . And his response was he didn’t have anything to spread it around with. That’s when I asked could you possibly use a spoon, and his answer was not that I would use for this. . So I said well then I don’t want the pizza replaced I would just like a refund. The guy then says well that’s just a whole process. I spend at least 200 dollars or more here a month. I order this same pizza all the time, from this location all the time and it has never been like this. I think people should not apply for jobs they don’t want to do. People work hard for their money, and shouldn’t have to be disrespected when what they pay for isn’t right. I find it very unprofessional and the negligence of customer service and respect to a paying customer is dis heartening. I will no longer order pizza from here. As one bad impression ruins it all.

Honestly it’s a hit or miss for this location. Ordered a pizza and they got right. Prepped and baked quickly, ratios all good. But I ordered a specialty pizza once with special instructions to add double toppings, cheese, and sauce, possibly the worst pizza ever prepared. So have fun gambling cause there’s really no telling how your pizza is gonna turn out.

So my order was late by two hours the day before so they gave me two free pizza cards. I went to go order the free pizza and they’re charging me $15 just for just sides when I didn’t want sides and they made me get sides just to get it delivered with the delivery fee and asking for a tip wild scam don’t eat there.

Update: the aggressive guy that push hard for tips went to another location, so I tried again and ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. All I can say is, “Where’s the beef”? See photo.
(Old review)This place aggressively push for tips. I walked in to pick up my order a couple weeks ago. Not only did they not train new new guy on finding orders (which caused an unnecessary wait). But this guy (prob manager) is agressive with the needless signing of an already order placed online just to try to get tips. He makes more money than me. I signed the receipt and lined through every area accept the price and pushed it back towards him face down. He stopped helping customer, turned it over, looked at it and with an attitude plastered on his face, put it with the rest of the receipts. He acts like they are entitled to tips. He agreed to his pay when he accepted that employment. Needless to say, I have not been back. Now they don’t have a tip nor my business.

Short dark haired girl working the cash register tonight gave me a really dirty look when I didn’t tip. I ordered my food online. Drove to pick it up myself and went inside to get it myself. That’s why I didn’t tip. Got home to discover there was literally zero sauce on my pizza and my partners pizza didn’t have the correct toppings. I was the only customer there so there isn’t even the excuse that they were busy. Poor service and poor quality food. I’ll take my business elsewhere thanks.

Some dominos locations nail it every time I order. This is not one of those locations. They made sure to let me know that I’m “kinda far away”, insinuating that my order was an inconvenience. I’m 4.5 miles / 10 mins away.. so sorry for the trouble of my business and a 25 % tip.
