Called to order, but the automated system was inept and did not give options or prices. We ended up with a $20 medium pizza. It tasted good, but the price was ridiculous for a combination pizza. Unless we are able to talk to a person, we will not use this Dominoes again!

Got a couple of pizzas and some loaded tots, turned out more like burnt pizza and unloaded half burnt tots, service was good! Food was soso at best. Update it’s been awhile since I was in and as you can see by the last Pic at least they are consistent, I will drive 10 miles out of my way to pizza hut and get a much better pie!

The pizza is overall decent in terms of taste. Pricing seems to be on the medium to higher end for product. Ordering pizza is overtly complicated because the AI when you call can never complete the process. The app is always faulty and only works with the exception of a miracle. Ask for calling the store, most of the individuals don’t know how coupons work, despite that it seems to be the best route for actually getting pizza. As for the app goes, apparently you lose your points after too long of waiting, but when you try to redeem them for anything, it never works. At least in my experience. I don’t know if I’m the only one that experiences this but I guess just try it for yourself and pray for a miracle because that’s what it takes to actually get pizza from severance Domino’s.

I ordered the 3 cheese dip with garlic bread bits and a pasta bowl .the “cheese dip” was so over cooked it was a solid chunk. The pasta bowl was good.

This dominos has been a complete disaster lately. Worst dominos I’ve had. I wish i could still order from the Windsor store. Its never correct. Extra anything isnt noticable at all. All pizzas are super dry. If you order all of their cheeses youll get the same as light cheese. I order extra pepperoni and youll get like 9 pepperoni slices. Its by far the worst dominos ive ever had and ive been ordering here for like a year. Im done

Food is good. Human service is good. The AI bot ordering assistant sucks. I had to call back three times because the AI robot sequence kept getting all glitchy and would stop talking. I ordered two large pizzas and instead received two medium pizzas when I came in to pickup the order because the bot apparently couldn’t understand my order even though I confirmed they were large as I was completing the order. Ditch the ridiculous bot and keep it simple Dominos.

I love having a Dominoes in our small town and for the most part the food has always been good. My only complaint is that they always forget the buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken pizza. It hasn’t been a big deal for me because I always have some buffalo sauce in the fridge but something needs to change in their order checking process.

Ordered a pick up at 4pm to be ready at 6pm knowing that they are busy on a Friday. Looked at the pizza tracker and they didn’t get it in the over until 5 after 6. Went to pick up at 615, they said order was ready. When they attempted to give it to me, it was missing a pizza. They had to “re-make” the missing pizza, no apology until I asked to speak to a manager and even then it was half-hearted because they said they were “busy”. They offered a free brownie for the trouble. I then told them that I had ordered 2 hours ago and am now 30 minutes after my requested time.
They get the 2 stars because they refunded my total, but if they wouldn’t have it would have been 1.
