Every single time we order from this Domino’s, they mess up our order. Anything from wrong ingredients and missing sauce to completely forgetting a pizza. When I call they give some excuse and say they will get the pizza out to us but it won’t be here for 45 mins. We already waited 45 mins for the original order and then have to wait another 45 mins for a pizza they missed. On top of that, I always request to speak to a manager and they are just plain rude (the manager). Call me old fashioned (I’m only 37) but what happened to good customer service?! Especially from a manager. Thankfully another Domino’s store opened up close by so we will never order from the Wellington store again.

Ordered a pizza, it arrived within 20 minutes. The crust is completely raw and doughy. Fast service doesn’t mean anything if the food isn’t edible. That’s not cheese in those pictures, it’s raw pizza dough. Gross

Every single time my girlfriend and I have ordered from you guys our order gets completely screwed up.. tonight we ordered a large two topping pizza with specialty chicken and asked nicely if we can go ahead an add on a soda.. Instead we get 2 large 2 topping pizzas. We didn’t get our specialty chicken, didn’t get our soda but we did get a pizza that has pepperoni and olives (my girlfriend is allergic to olives)

I was not feeling well this weekend and decided to surprise my kiddos with pizza last night as they had to fend for themselves all day on Sunday. Overjoyed they both had a couple pieces and since I didn’t want to touch their food I put the pizzas (box and all) into the fridge. I came home from work just now to pizza boxes torn up all over my floor. Puzzled because I knew I didn’t leave the empty boxes on the counter as I sometimes do. Well, apparently your pizza is so good my dogs are obsessed and actually opened my fridge to get to it. They touched nothing else, any it wasn’t a resent job as all of the door items were room temperature. The boxes obviously tasted just as good with your fabulous garlic butter from the crust. My kiddos are going to be so upset later that they don’t get any pizza leftovers, but I will just have to get them each another. My old man dog lived his best life today, and now just keeps smiling at me.

The only reason I give this two stars is because the food that they deliver does taste good and it is on time. However a few weeks ago I had a piece of plastic spatula in my pizza dough and and I have now spent the last 24 hours in the bathroom from food poisoning and the only thing I have eaten was Domino’s from this store. And the only thing coming back out is Domino’s from the store. So I am personally taking a break from Domino’s Pizza but felt it was important to share my experience
