Foods amazing! But fr who taught you guys to cut pizza. I know someone there does because ive gotten 1 that was cut good. If i was down 3 fingers and had a dull butter knife, i could do better than this like just look at these cuts. Not one goes to the center nor are they going across . 1 slice is as big as three. Like i couldnt cut a pizza this bad if i was 90 years old and trying to mess it up. Amazes me how you make a living making and cutting pizzas and 50% of that you dont know how to do. Really its the managers that are the joke like you trained them to cut like that? Even worse

Ordered a future pick up for 1015 at 856. Arrived at 1020 and sat for over 15 minutes until someone acknowledged me in the lobby. They asked if I was here for a pick up and I said yes and gave my name. They saw the order was behind and simply stated sorry we had a lot of orders come in. I stated I had placed the order in advance and they just walked away to keep making pizzas. My pizzas had not made it into the oven even 30 minutes after the expected pick up time. No real compensation offered or sincere apology. Pizza was very poorly made as well. Very disappointed in the service offered at this location.

Staff was extremely rude. Told me the pizza would be ready in 20 mins. When we arrived told us it would be a little late and to come back 15 mins later. Come back and then told it would be 45 mins late. Waited patiently and told the same thing again. Almost 2 hours for a pizza and no explanation. Won’t waste my time again.

Normally we get good service and good pizza, even good salad. I don’t like to give bad reviews because I know how hard it is to recoup after them. This time however I have to say the salad is inedible. It’s rusty, slimy and wilty. No way is it edible. I also have to ad that lately there has been a rough patch for over cooked pizza. I was going to do a review on the site but there was a glitch where I couldn’t enter anything. I’d click on my response and threr would appear a circle with the line across it. So no way to make a comment directly to the store.

The pasta was hard with barely any sauce. Tried to get extra sauce on pasta, it was a problem. The general manager is rude and makes it a problem to call and ask for extra sauce. The general manager told us he thinks we should order somewhere else from now on. Don’t worry…we will. We will never order from there again. Which is sad because we have been loyal customers for more than 10 years. I advise everyone to go across town to the West Eisenhower store. Even if you have to pick it up. Manager is so nice and accommodating. Steer clear of this branch if you can. They just don’t care enough…even the GM
