I’ll be honest, I’ve had Dominos in several states, and I had given up. Poor quality, dodgy service, botched deliveries, you name it. Then I moved to a small mountain resort town (Estes Park, CO) with limited options. We had guests visiting one night and they suggested Dominos, the only chain here. I was reluctant, but went for it. Man, is this location different. They were fast. They were pleasant. The food quality was GREAT. The deals were excellent, especially in a very isolated town where everything is expensive. The app is easy to use and packs a ton of value. I’m as surprised as anyone to be pounding the table for Dominos but this location in particular is excellent.

We waited over an hour and a half for our pizzas and this is how they came….First, after over an hour, we called the store and the manager, Noah, sarcastically responded with “well, we can cancel your order.” (Mind you I’m 32weeks pregnant and it was close to 7:30 at this point) and I suggested a discount, and other solutions which were quickly shot down with “I can cancel your order”. After this kept getting repeated to me and there was no help.
I felt so bad for The poor delivery driver who was completely overloaded for this delivery route. He was very sweet and apologetic and came back in 10 minutes with brand new pizzas. We didn’t get that same curiosity from

The best Dominoes in Colorado. The other stores could learn a lot from this location. We got 2 pizzas one pepperoni, ham, and pineapple. The second chicken, mushrooms, onions, w/xtra mozzarella, xtra provolone and made with alfredo sauce. They knocked it out of the park. I can’t recommend this place more and we will be back

Ordered online like many times in the past. Never had an issue with my order and always satisfied with the food. Today however was a different story. My thin pizza was burnt to the point that I couldn’t eat it. Called the manager and his excuse was “it’s difficult to cook thin pizzas that have little sauce and little cheese”. Then I’m wondering why have thin pizzas on the menu?! Why would you send out something that’s burnt to a crisp? He offered me a free one. It’s a 50/50 chance I could eat it

Placed an online order for a pizza with sausage and mushrooms. Got it home, no sausage. Called the store. They said they are out of sausage. No offer to fix or even say sorry. Just “we are out of sausage, and since you used an online deal, you saved money anyway.” You think I might have ordered something else if I know you didn’t have sausage? Terrible customer service. And the thin crust sucks.

Ordered in store, tipped extra for an in store order because I asked for chopped jalapeños. Came back and sat in plain sight while all the staff moseyed around and didn’t acknowledge me. Finally they pulled my pizza out of the box which had been ready for quite some time already. The store was completely empty other than me. The jalapeños were not chopped so I brought it to the cashiers attention. He apologized but the other guy in the store (possibly the manager?) decided to argue with me and say they were chopped. Left unsatisfied with an incorrect order having tipped extra since I asked for an extra service. Apparently “lip service” is all they provide. I gave up on ordering delivery from this store a while back because I always have to call after almost two hours of waiting on a simple pizza order to get them to finally deliver it. Usually the order is wrong or missing something. Done with this dominos for sure.
