Just picked up my pizzas. Both missing ingredients. One pizza had zero pepperoni and the other had no Philly steak. The staff was nice enough and it always looks clean inside. But it would be nice to get what we ordered.

It seems like every time I order from this location, it is late. My order took over an hour. I showed up later than the app said it would be ready and it was not ready. I watched the screen go from bake to ready. When asking the employees they said the screen was down, so I waited more, and then more, after I saw person after person pick up their pizzas I confronted them again.
It still wasn’t ready, finally they started opening other people’s pizza’s and fulfilled my order with other people’s orders and then requested a remake or whatever to fill the gaps. The pizza quality is garbage and the only reason we buy it is because it is cheap and fast. My time is valuable, so now it is bad pizza, that is slow, and not cheap once factoring in my sitting around for 45 minutes. This place sucks and I will tell anyone that will listen because this is a pattern of terrible. All that said, the people are friendly at least.

Disappointed. This place was great but is going downhill fast. Pizzas are cut very sloppy, dough was undercooked on my last visit. This visit I tried curbside pickup and was completely ignored. Ended up having to get down and grab it. Better off going a few miles further for Pizza Hut

EDIT: I have never had so many issues with any establishment. Ever. Originally, I gave 4 stars just because Karoline knew how to make a proper pizza, I wanted to like this location.
A few months later, I would give 0 stars if i could.
After countless awkward interactions with their unexperienced delivery drivers, one time even putting our order ontop of a brand new vehicle that was on the side of our house, and one too many poorly made pizzas, this is the last straw.
How is one pizza perfectly fine, and the other one such a mess? Without going noticed? The box even felt heavily lopsided.
We’re done. We don’t want your lousy coupon to make up for a nightmares worth of bad service. It’s sad that I had to pay for this order and won’t be getting any money back.
We’ll be driving to loveland for pizza from now on.

Had a delivery from here. They undercooked my pizza, gave me barely any dipping sauce for the bread bites. It was really abysmal to say the least. 8-22-25
However,
They did make it up to me, as they resent me a new meal on a different day totally free of charge. But this time, it was executed perfectly. Which is why I also updated my rating. They’re more than worthy of a second chance!

I ordered a pizza from this location and my 6 year old daughter ended up cutting her tongue on a piece of glass that was in the pizza. I went to the store and noticed a completely shattered T.V. menu display right above the pizza oven. I requested a refund from the manager Andi, but all she told me was “sorry its just not going to work out.” She repeated this statement over and over until I gave up and left the store. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY!
