Saturday. Running late for cooking. I decide to try a sando from the new Domino’s in Frederick at about 10:15pm. Whoa!! Donovan was a professional and very helpful showing me some things on different menus. Bottom line the food was hot, fresh, and really well prepared. I will be frequenting this Domino’s, (as it is my home town). Thanks fellas! great food.

After a neighboring restaurant cancelled our catering order for the school’s teacher conference night, I walked into this Domino’s to see if they could help. They took on this task like it was an Olympic challenge! The manager had the team prepping pizzas before even ringing me up. He looked up coupon codes and got us the best deal he could and the team had the pizzas ready for 100 teachers in 35 min flat. 4 people helped me carry them out to the car and I had the meal delivered to the school less than 45 min after panicking about the other restaurant cancelling on us. Thank you so much for saving our night!

This is the second time I’ve had pizza from here and it’s been subpar, when I went and picked it up they were pulling it out of the oven. I don’t think it cooked long enough in there. Pizza tastes just blah. No flavor, not 100% cooked. The Firestone location was always better. Not sure if I’ll be getting pizza from here again even though they’re closer. Might be worth it to drive up the other location.

Yall ever had a $50 pizza from dominoes? I just did, cuz I gave a 50 to a 14 year old boy and said pay the man n give em 25% while at the same time putting in the delivery instructions to be actively rude and to tell him to “hurry up, you are taking too long, I gotta go.”

So I call em back, driver says he can come back, but hell, too easy, ill flip a coin for it.

Every time we try to use the app, and it doesn’t work correctly, we call the store to assist with the order. Just like AMC back in the day … The manager put their hands in the air and say they have nothing to do with the app… Even it’s what brings them business.. So no helpey, no money!
