Against my better judgment, I gave Domino’s another shot because my kid loves it. Ordered for a specific time 2 hours in advance. Arrived 40 minutes late with no apology, and the food was stone cold. The driver said, “Well I only got it 20 minutes ago.” It would have been 20 minutes late by then and the little tracker tool showed it had sat around for nearly 30 minutes before it even left the shop. I didn’t expect much out of Domino’s, but I expected more than this.

I have ordered wayyy too many pizzas from this location. The pizzas are always hot, delicious, and honestly… pretty addictive. The parmesan stuffed crust is awesome. I only wish they made it in a large size.

I ordered a pizza from the Longmont Domino’s, and when I picked it up it was burnt black around the entire crust. Some spots were burnt right through, and the pepperoni was grey and burned in some areas. I brought it to the attention of the person at the register and asked that the pizza be remade. He looked at the pizza, picked it up with his fingers and looked underneath, and told me that it was fine. He then told me that it burned because of my ordering light marinara sauce. I should have asked for my money back, but took the pizza anyway thinking I could salvage some of it. Once home, the only pieces that were edible were the four interior pieces – none of the exterior pieces with the crust were edible. Having had this same pizza from other Domino’s locations, I have never had this issue, and I have never had an employee try to blame their mistake on me. I have sent this same complaint to their customer service department. Not ordering from them again!

As a avid fan of Dominos im sad to say that I’m highly disappointed with tonight’s oder and delivery service. After waiting a hour and a half for two medium pizza’s and a cinnamon twist, the pizza was cold and dry and with twists were ROCK HARD. Disappointed is simply an understatement to say the least. My husband and I have been loyal customers to this store for many years and the steady decline in quality is unacceptable.

Domino’s is the real deal. The pizza always hits, they’re open late, and the crew running the place is consistently on point. They welcomed me in, handled my order with zero issues, and reminded me what real customer service looks like.
