** Edit – Following my earlier feedback, I received a call back from Domino’s. They were prompt in addressing the issue and offered to make it right by providing a new pizza or store credit of $30. I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation and their commitment to customer satisfaction. While this doesn’t undo the initial disappointment, it’s a step in the right direction. Hoping for a better experience next time! **
We just ordered a pizza from Domino’s, and it was a huge letdown. The pizza came out completely dry—lacking flavor, proper texture, and any freshness. It felt like it was overcooked or left out for too long before being delivered. For a brand like Domino’s, this level of quality is unacceptable. We were really looking forward to enjoying a good meal tonight, but this has left us very disappointed. Definitely not the experience we expected. Think twice prior to ordering from them

As one of the only delivery spots in Winter Park I have eaten here quite often. I always get exactly what I ordered in a very timely manner!!
More recently, I asked the pizza chef to cut my pizza into a shape of a heart for Valentine’s Day! He gladly did this for me and the pizza came out perfect within 15 minutes!!

I placed my order at 9:24pm.. I received my food at 11:05pm. Placed it on the app. It took a hour and for me to call in the store for them to update the status on the app. This is the first time I’ve have ever received my order almost 2 hours later. I did the $6 deal with a medium pizza and garlic knots. The guy gave me cinnamon knots with marinara sauce and my pizza. I called in to let them know and the best they can do is store credit if I call it in the future.

Bought a pizza last night, said they were going to get here in 15-30 mins (this was only an hour and a half before closing by the way, never got my pizza.
Now I’m sitting here starving. Waiting for 2 hours like an idiot ,

Music is so loud you cannot hear the employees talk face to face with you, don’t order anything that’s not on the menus it will almost never be how you ordered it. The app will say your good is ready and to come inside and get it. However 90% of the time you will wait another 10-15 minutes after they say it’s done. Always check your food before you leave. You have the option to leave a tip on the app, if you don’t leave one to the employee’s satisfaction they will print you a new receipt for you too tip more. This domino’s makes me never want to tip again. Can’t wait for a little Caesar’s to run them out of WP over all your better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store, it will be done faster and with way less hassle! Would not recommend to the devil.

On vacation in Fraser, Co & had no car at the time & did not want to walk with my small child to get pick up. The large order would have been difficult to carry with a child & would’ve gotten cold. So I got delivery. I signed up for notifications & the app said they’d knock or ring the bell when they arrive.
I sat in the kitchen right by the door with my phone & neither happened & no message.
The food must have came early & sat out in the winter air for awhile because the food was all very cold.
Everything was also very burnt.
It was gross & very disappointing.
Also the Alredo dish looked like it was less than half full.
Over $50 for very cold, very burnt, barely edible food.
Definitely not what I had hoped for on an expensive vacation.
