Gentleman at the counter/ who made our pizza was very polite and professional

I used to not come to this location due to the negative reviews and a few experiences but with the new reviews, thought I would try it again and it was fresh out of the oven.
And delicious everything was perfect!
The favorite was definitely the NY Style one though

It’s Domino’s. It’s ok, service was excellent, even though I ordered my pizza then drove 26 minutes to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 10-15. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful and got my order going.

Typical dominos we get take away about 1/ month. They frequently have errors with the orders and management is understanding but it still stinks to drive 20 min home to find out something’s different from what you wanted. Last time there was a real issue with one pizza and we got a credit but still screwed up our dinner plans.

Not only do the delivery, drivers never know how to even sign the locations on their map of how to get to where they’re going. But they also have false advertising advertising that you can buy a pizza today and get an emergency pizza within a month later. But it’s not a free pizza because then you have to turn around and buy the damn pizza in order for them to even want to deliver it to you. Then they decide not to deliver it to you because they say they can’t find you on the map. It isn’t that hard to follow the instructions on the GPS and the directions on the GPS take you directly to my front door but yet they say oh we couldn’t find you. Comes at you! Hostily yelling at you about not having your unit number on your order, but yet when you log into your Domino’s account, it clearly has the unit number on it. So it’s clearly an issue with their system or the driver, but yet the driver wants to yell at me. So I’m glad that I’m leaving because this is the last order that Domino’s will get for me. I’ll take my business to Little Caesars or two bojos or somewhere else. I will choose a better place to get better pizza even if it comes at a slightly higher cost just to avoid this treatment. Telling me my unit number is not on my account when it clearly is

How’s this for customer service? I gave them the wrong address ( I’m on a jobsite). I just messed up the numbers a little, and the driver called and said, “Are you sure you’re at….. as she pulled up in front of me while I was out front. The girl knows her area!!! Good job. And of course the food is pretty good for a decent price. $6.49 delivery fee??? That’s kinda bullshit but whatever. And they need more sugar-free drinks!!

Nathan is an excellent manager. He cares about the customer experience and this shows with his welcoming smile, well run team, well made pizza, and clean kitchen. Wow! Assuming the young black gentlemen with glasses (not trying to be offensive just want the right dude to get recognized) was the one who made my pizza that he cooked on the late night shift on April 8th is the best pizza chef dominoes has that I ran into or he got lucky that night lol. Because dominoes is my go to guilt food and I’ve never had dominoes that tasted so good. The NY style was cooked much more NY style than any other one ever had from any other dominoes. And the thin crust was equally amazing.
