We have been ordering from this location for several weeks with no issue because we selected the pickup option. Today we opted for delivery because it was more convenient, but the driver either could not find our room in the School of Mines or didn’t go into it to deliver – the reason was quite unclear. Apparently he tried calling us, but the calls never came through. Same for his “manager.” As a result, the delivery ended up arriving 30 minutes late.
When we called the store, we first spoke to two different gentlemen who were very kind and understanding. The second one said he needed to talk to someone to see what happened. Suddenly an EXTREMELY rude woman, who I am guessing is the “manager” answered the phone, told us about the calls they made in a very hostile tone, and informed us that we backed up the rest of her orders for the night because we didn’t answer a call that never came through on our end. I am sorry for the trouble our technical difficulties caused you ma’am, but you need to work on your people skills.
I even tried to level with her and say that I understood she followed protocol, but it isn’t our fault that we didn’t receive the calls, especially when people were present in the room and ready to receive the order. I eventually had to hang up on her because she was so hostile that I started having a panic attack. If I were the store owner, I would get a new manager.

I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Winston who delivers for this Dominoes Pizza. Very rarely do we have any mistakes with our delivery order, but yesterday an item was left off. Winston not only delivered the order, but went back to the store, corrected the omission, and dropped it back off at our house. Thank you for going above and beyond! It’s much appreciated.

I recently ordered a veggie pizza, but upon receiving it, I noticed that it contained some pieces of meat. Understanding that mistakes can occur, I called to request a replacement. However, the person I spoke with, who identified themselves as the manager, initially refused to replace my order, citing concerns about product waste. During our conversation, the manager insisted that the pieces in question were small mushrooms, but the photo I have clearly shows that this is not the case.
After multiple attempts and a delay of over an hour, the manager eventually agreed to place a new order. It’s evident from the picture that the pizza contained meat, compromising the integrity of my order. This individual may not be ideal for their position, given their argumentative nature and the failure to address the issue promptly and professionally.

The staff is all good, and that’s the trick, call don’t use their online ordering. I ordered a stuffed crust Philly cheese steak pizza online and ended up getting a plain cheese pizza.
