Had a coupon in email for free pizza- delivery only. App wouldn’t let me set for later time..fine. scheduled for now – app said order didn’t meet min $ delivery reqs. Went into the store and explained to Tanya the manager. She said do it through the app. I explained again the problem, she repeated herself. Rude af and said she doesn’t have anything to do with the app I said but for customer service honor the coupon. This is a pretty good Domino’s location compared to the ones in my friend’s neighborhoods. My only complaint, which I hope the manager sees and is proactive about correcting, is that the sauce to cheese ratio is usually off. 7 out of 10 times the pizza is drowning in pizza sauce, which throws the flavor balance way off and makes for a disappointing meal. However if I order ‘light sauce’ it usually comes too dry. Can I please just get the correct amount of sauce on a pizza? I’m sure Domino’s corporate has a specific amount for each style of pizza…no?

This is one of two of the best dominos ive tried. Sure, they’ve messed up an order or two, but with the seemingly constant changing staff. The flavor and quality has been delicious the last two years. The orders have always been efficient. Toppings are well balanced and placed fairly evenly throughout. Which shows a care for the pizza. The dough is properly proofed and the sauce tastes like sauce. I like extra marinara, so thats a bit of a struggle with places to get properly. Im prefer a strong sauce flavor that the cheese blends with it and the bread. They have gotten right every time. The dough is soft and the right amount of sauce for me to enjoy. Cause some places the sauce can taste like sink water… not here. keeps me coming back every so often for the treat that is handmade fresh pizza. Id eat here more if i were 20 again…
