Delivered my pizza after two hours of waiting and calling the store thrown at my door not fully cut box almost open freezing cold didn’t even knock on the door. It was sitting in the dark for a good 30 minutes before I realized it was there. I am completely disgusted with how people treat each other. If you don’t like your job, then get a new job don’t make the customer suffer. I feel like I was punished for ordering. Actually hurt my feelings.

The delivery driver delivered the pizza to the wrong house. When I called the manager told me I should’ve been waiting outside for it which makes zero sense because the pizza was delivered to the wrong house to begin with. She then tells me anytime we order a pizza to be left outside I should’ve been waiting outside which again makes zero sense because of the pizza went to the wrong house and our door was open the whole time. They then tried to deliver the pizza again and went to the same wrong house. Our pizza was almost 2 hours late.

The staff here is really nice but they frequently make errors. One visit they gave my order to a driver and I had to wait for them to make it. The next visit they forgot the garlic seasoning on the pizza. The staff is definitely nice though. Just seem to make errors often.

3rd time in a row they give us stuffed cheese bread instead of bacon jalapeño cheese bread. Im done and I want it refunded but the manager told me he wasnt going to refund the bread. He was rude and incoherent. They didnt give me what I ordered. I will dispute the charge if you dont refund my bread order. How do you work in customer service and treat customers like that when the only mistake I made was trying to be a patron at your establishment!

first time I ordered it took so long their system automatically gave me a free pizza. and yes, it was cold. also the most inconsistent size slices I’ve ever seen. second time, there was meat on an otherwise vegetarian pizza. not a lot, like 2 pieces, so you could’ve missed it. honestly I think I missed the first one.
anyways, not ordering here again.

These guys were rockstars! We ordered a pizza and by mistake we ordered a no topping pizza. We called and they sent out a new pizza with the toppings we wanted and were so friendly about it. The staff here are awesome. Thanks so much and they deserve 5 stars.

Food is usually fine. Just ordered two pizzas. I ordered one regular pizza with light pepperoni. Had no sauce and a ton of pepperoni. The second pizza was soggy as all hell.
