I placed an order from Domino’s on line last night- note- paying in cash! It said my order was rec’d and then showed that Justin was making my order. About 25 min later when my food daid it shoild be arriving, my order said cancelled!!!!!!!!!
No call, no explanation. When I found the number it daid to csll if problems eith the order and tried to call back, I was put on a recorded message that daid the first availabke person would be with me shortly. It ran through all the advertising specials etc and cut me off. I called back a 2nd time, got Ad specials again and then it said they were closed, but I could hold if I needed to speak to someone!!!!
I called today to talk to the supervisor. At first he said he had no idea why it would do that, ….then he said the payment must not have gone through. Obviously he had no idea nor did he take any time to look order up, just excuses. I told him “hard for payment not to go through when it’s in CASH!!!!” … And I am usually a very good tipper for drivers!!
Then told me that well,…. he thinks the driver was having car issues last night, so probably couldn’t deliver it so it was cancelled. I asked why there was no explanation just the word “CANCELLED” sent to me. If u have no drivers or u know the driver can’t deliver, then text or call yoir customer ASAP- dont tell them a time to.ecpect the delivery and that Justin is baking it!!!!!. Don’t wait until the pizza is supposed to be at their door to send a cancel. Supervisor said, we’ll he would just have a talk with them. What good will that do? Didnt help me with dinner….sounded like he just didnt really care! To me that is not customer service. I won’t waste my money anymore at this store if that is how they treat customers.
Would love to know who ate my PIZZA AND WINGS that “Justin made.”… instead of delivering them!!!! Maybe they had a party with the supervisor..if so I doubt they paid for it!!!!!!! Whoever ate it instead of delivering me my order ….. is theft from the company and theft of my dinner!!
This is why I hate on line ordering where u “communicate” with a computer program.
What happened to customer service?
The computer even requires you to leave your phone number. So they could have contacted me. The supervisor could have taken the time to look up the order to see what really happened. Instead of pulling excuses out of his mouth. Unless he already knew what happened to my order!!!

I went in on Jan. 1, 2026 around 7pm. The staff was firing on all cylinders. While busy, they were full of positive energy and gave great service. My 3 medium pizzas were made to perfection as well. Great work by the entire team.

Grace was great really helpful. Made our pizza in about 15 minutes in time for us to go to school and eat for a 30 minute lunch break it was awesome. She also was very helpful and made the best stuffed crust pizza ever I didn’t even know Domino’s had stuffed crust. This is awesome.

We order from here a lot. This is is the first time we have had a really bad experience. We ordered 3 pizzas. 2 were burned. All of them most of the toppings were dropped in one spot on the pizza. There was very little sauce on all of the pizzas. The website offered 49% off all pizzas for curbside delivery between 4 and 9 PM and the website didn’t honor it. We weren’t going to say anything but due to the pizzas being made poorly we wanted to call the store. My husband called and this bad experience continued. The woman offered a credit for the pizzas but told us their franchise doesn’t support the 49% off deal. The woman who answered refused to give her name, refused to provide the managers name or when we could contact them. My husband asked to speak with a shift lead and at first she refused to let us or even give their name. Eventually we talked with Lisa, shift lead, who said it is protocol to not provide that information. We advised that most businesses will provide a managers first name and the time to reach them. She refused and offered to make our order again. We decided against this as we felt the crew working tonight were acting sketchy. She finally stated the manager would be in tomorrow, and when asked for a time, she stated ‘we open at 9.’ We asked again for a name and got Jeremy. I recorded some of this conversation because I just couldn’t believe the poor customer service. We have spent a lot here guess we’ll find a new pizza place.

Always reliable..! I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for lika LONG, LONG TiME! And I’d say, about 9 outta 10 orders are PERFECT, the other 1 is OK still… dint think I’ve ever had a BAD experience here.. if so, you’d know!! Thanks for reading!!

This is for Stew the manager that was on duty December 23 at 5:22 pm. I don’t no appreciate the fual language that you were using. I was in there for no more than ten mins. You cursed over 10 times so loud that anyone could hear it. That type of language is unexpected. You need to learn how to control your emotions away from the public.

HORRIBLE AND UNPREPARED. We ordered a large order of 40 pizzas two days ago to be delivered today. We gave them plenty of notice to make sure they had the staff. 1pm delivery requested, no show, we called at 1:05 and they said they weren’t done making the pizzas and only had half done. We requested they at least deliver the half that were done so we could feed the boys. 1:35, still no pizzas, then they wouldn’t answer the phone. Driver called at 2pm but by then the bus had to leave with the boys because of their time schedule. This left a team of football boys hungry for a 1.5 hour drive home. Would not recommend.

Aldo the customer service rep. Has sent several emails for weeks but I still haven’t received my credit for the terrible pizza and service we received. Right on your website site it says money back guaranteed. Do something about this. They called back today and took care of everything. We will be back!

Really awful. I ordered a large pizza with ham, pineapple and extra cheese and cheesy bread. What was delivered was completely wrong. It was a medium w/ peppers, sausage, onions, olives and all sorts of other things, as well as a small cheese pizza. Address wasn’t even close. I called after filing a claim since there is supposed to be delivery insurance. The first woman I spoke with, Sky, was incredibly nice and apologetic and said my order would be remade and would include a free dessert since it was wrong. Then I receive a text saying their system had crashed and they could no longer access my order so I needed to call and reorder. Fine. I called and the woman I spoke with didn’t confirm my name or phone number or order but assured me it was on its way. Another 20 minutes go by with nothing so I called again and spoke to the manager. I explained the situation and told her my order again. She was going to charge me for it!! She did not listen to anything I said and I was finally getting fed up. Finally, I got a call back from Sky and she told me exactly where my order was in the process and a time it would be delivered. I used to work in food service so I always try to be patient. Mistakes and miscommunication happens but this was ridiculous. It also sounded like they had more than a few mistakes. I’ve never had issues with this store before so this was really disappointing.
