We have been faithful customers for several years. Last night we ordered and the pictures will explain what our pizza looked like, no sauce on one and looked like it had been wrinkled and stuck, and the other speaks for itself, so I called the store and they agreed to resend the order. The second delivery comes, the one with no sauce was great second go round, but the other wasn’t made with the correct ingredients, shouldn’t have had onions on it. Normally, this store has always been reliable and awesome, but there reason was they were busy. I guess we will take a domino’s break for awhile.

The gentleman working tonight on 8/18/2025 did an impeccable job on our well done, 3 topping medium pizzas & garlic bites! Absolute total disaster of service tonight about 8:30. Ordered on app and did curbside. App said food was done and ready for pickup. So I’m parked at the closest spot with my hazards like it says to do. I clicked “I’m here”. 10 min go by. 15 min go by
20 min go by. 2 employees with selective vision do not even look outside the entire time. After the 20 minutes, I have to flag him down because he doesn’t acknowledge my hazards are on. He just gives a friendly wave. He goes in and checks on my order. Low and behold its not done, but the app says its done. He finishes it and brings it to me. Total failure of anything going right tonight there.

I ordered late one night: 6 large (2 meatlovers, 2 2-toppings) pizzas cost over $122 before taxes. There was a Manager’s Special: 2 Large 2-topping Pizzas for $19.99. I went back the next day, within 24 hours, and inquired about the special price and the guy in charge at the time said he couldn’t do anything about it. I ordered from a different Domino’s store before and they applied the promotion automatically. This store is shady and has no integrity. Stay away from this store and take your business elsewhere.

I ordered off of the app and it was delivered promptly and warm. First time that I actually got plenty of toppings from a pizza. Instinctively took a bite before taking a picture. It has been my best pizza experience. Delivery driver was super nice! Since I ordered off the app, I got free cheesy bread and a coupon for a free pizza. Surprised reviews are not higher.

Care to explain how a large piece of wood ended up on my thin crust pizza? You guys are lucky a child wasn’t eating this slice. They could have easily choked and died. This is a horrific lack of food safety practices. In process of dealing with corporate on this matter. Absolutely ridiculous.

They messed up my order. I ordered Spinach & Feta Stuffed Bread but received Stuffed Cheesy Bread instead. The hygiene was terrible and they weren’t even using gloves while preparing the food. Very poor customer service and rude behavior. I will never order from here again.
