Pizzas sometimes are not cut well and cut crooked. When we pull apart our pizza is ruined. I have to use my own pizza cutter at home. Once in a while they forget simple things that are ordered (soda or sauces). There has been a few times we’ve been left the wrong order and the driver has to come back minutes after leaving here. I’ve complained many times about the pizza not being cut properly or cold because it’s hours late, but nothing changes and unfortunately it’s the only one that delivered to our home. There are a few things that happen every time that is too much to post here. We understand that it’s not the drivers/delivery guys fault at all so we still always tip them very well. Have to add that every time I complain the employees blame new management and management blames their new system. Drivers now don’t pay attention to notes before they leave the store to deliver and that’s why they don’t bring and deliver everything you ordered. There’s never any reasonable answers just blaming each other. Once again adding to my review ordered 3 pizzas two were cut the third not at all these idiots have one job seriously? I’ve complained one too many times and it’s like they do it on purpose at this point. I should get paid to do what they seriously can’t worthless employees there.

Pizza was horrible for 2 pizza’s 2 cokes 2 desert’s $60 bucks plus $10 tip plus $3 more tip to deliver were we asked when we called. If u feel like throwing your money away this is the store to call. Ate 1 piece that’s all we could get down horrible taste.

Gerry is one of the drivers & he is the absolute sweetest & most friendly pizza guy I’ve ever met! He’s truly a gem & his service is SO speedy! He delivers our pizza pretty much every time. Good pizza, better service. My pizza got here sooner than expected and yet my delivery driver was incredibly apologetic. To the homies at this particular branch of Domino’s, you have nothing to apologize for, and in fact the corporation should be apologizing to you for your terrible staffing and undoubtedly terrible pay. I’ve bought several pizzas over the past week because I’ve been hosting game nights. I’ve been doing carside delivery and usually it’s out within the two minute window. Tonight, it wasn’t, but they ended the timer a full minute before they came out… with only ten seconds left on the clock. I talked to the manager about it, not because I really care about getting a free pizza, just because it felt dishonest. They made it right without a fuss, which made me feel satisfied and I’ll be happy to return. Plus, the dominos locations I’m used to often have poor topping/cheese coverage or soggy crust, but the pizzas I’ve gotten here were perfect (for chain pizza).

Perfection! DeJaNae showed much pride and effort in making my pizzas! The shift tonight are exceptional and pizza making GODS. Many of my experiences have been doughy pizzas from other locations not knowing how to bake the pizza with extra sauce.. I’d be willing to travel 25 mins from home to order from this location again! 10/10 I will recommend!

I didn’t want to believe the reviews… but wow this place is bad. I live right across the street from this location and it took over and hour to get my pizza. The pizza showed up 45 min. after the notification that my driver was on the way. I called the store and they assured me she would be there in 5 min. Once my driver pulled up she sat in her car coughing hysterically for about a minute. Slowly making her way to the other side I decided I’d just meet her on the sidewalk. Praying I didn’t catch her germs, I got inside and opened my pizza only to find it fully stuck to the top of the box.. and luke warm.

First of all the pizza that we special order looked horribly disgusting and old. Tbis dominos obviously doesnt know how to read request cause my pizza was not the only problem. I specifically asked to have the order delived to my back door because the front is gated in and we have a dog. Instead of following directions they came to the front and tried to open the gate which rhe lock is on the inside……. Teach your employees to follow directions and make good pizzas.
