THIS is the BEST DOMINO’S EXPERIENCE I’ve EVER HAD!
Seriously.. IZACK.. one of the managers, was FANTASTIC! He took EXCEPTIONALLY GREAT CARE of me when I called in to order & wanted the best recommendations for a party of 5! He was not ONLY professional & obviously courteous.. he was suggestive & descriptive in his words & elaborate in enunciation & PLAYFUL all at the same time! Where on earth do ya get THAT these days? Ya have better odds hittin’ the Utah Lottery & Utah doesn’t HAVE a lottery! Haha! And when I got the ..? Which I’ll add was in RECORD-BREAKING TIME ⏰.. WoW! Impressive! And, GERALD.. the Driver..? GREAT! He must either have NITRO in that tank or know every shortcut there is in the Lakewood area cuz he got here SUPER-QUICK & couldn’t have been more NICE!

I ordered a pizza then 15 minutes later it’s at my door I tipped because of the excellent service anybody complaining has way too high standards. Take this from a local guide. I’ve lived in Denver my whole life and it’s some of the best pizza I’ve ever had.

Order was not delivered and customer was made to feel like it was their fault, when I called the store about the order I was switched between 3 employees and then the driver came on to blame me again for not being right by my phone to answer their call. Instead of looking for my hotel next door to the office they attempted to deliver it to they returned it to the store. What driver doesn’t check their map to see if the hotel is nearby? Delivery drivers should know all the major hotels in their area. They did eventually bring my order 90 minutes later and it was the same food I ordered and paid for the first time. It was not fresh or hot, and there’s no reason why they couldn’t have made it fresh and brought better food. Severely disappointed and would not order from them again even for pick up.

Mona attempted to blame the customer instead of communicate to the diver to get out of the car and deliver the order. I was told with an irritated voice by her that “I should be by my phone to pick it up to talk to the driver” her customer service is absolutely horrible and refused to let me know when the manager was on duty besides Monday probably. Gave no solution and expected the driver to turn around and deliver the oder that is now late and cold. She made remarks on how I spoke also and hung up. Mona doesn’t represent dominoes well.

Picture taken directly after receiving the pizza via delivery. Fire the driver, dude clearly drives like he has no clue what he’s doing. normally order from here and it’d be 3 stars but like what the hell? a “free pizza” doesn’t justify this. it’ll just happen again.

I ordered a pizza and the womans accent is harder to navigate than a road map in the dark. Over an hour later the delivery driver calls and says he went to the wrong address, i waited 30 more minutes and called the store back only to be told that my pizza has already been delivered. When i spoke to a person on the store they said they had no order for me, no one took the order or deliverd anything and stated i must have called the wrong store. This is unacceptable, i live in the neighborhood behind dominos, how incompetent are the people there that can’t simply take an order and deliver a pizza a few blocks away…i will never spend my money with you ever again after this.

Driver couldn’t find my address even though I included extremely specific instructions. I guess it’s not enough to just read the instructions? Paid for extra mushrooms but they put a whopping 12 pieces on the pizza which is 1 more piece than the “regular” amount of sausage and pepperoni they include.
