Went in to pick up an order (we order at least twice a month) and was greeted at the door with “your order isn’t tea and you need to get back in your car and park” without even asking for the name on the order. I went back to my car thinking they would bring it to my car but they didn’t. So I went back in and he is just standing there holding the pizzas. He never confirmed my order or even acknowledged me as a human being. I didn’t get his name but I’m assuming with was manager in duty or a shift leader on a power trip. Next time I won’t be so nice. Dominoes needs to coach their employees at this location on how to be a decent human. If he isn’t happy with his job then he should find something else

I tried to order on the app for a pickup 2 hours in advance. The app was not accepting orders for future claiming that it was too close to delivery time (minimum 1 hour out). I tried to order through the website on my phone, same result, had to order through a computer. Was asked to rate my order experience and because of the issues I rated as 1 star.
